We love the location next to the Del Bar but beds are very high up and toilet is very low. You can hear every door slam through all hours of the night. We probably need to look for more comfort and quiet next time even though it's a great location. The pool wasn't very warm either .

Beautiful and clean facility! I really enjoyed the Kuerig coffee machine in the room! A little concerned about the broken outside fence by the outside hot tubs… anyone could wander into the hot tub area

Nothing mentioned about Breakast in mornings when checking in. Had to call to find out. No info in rooms on services provided for hotel or places to see and go to while staying Water pressure very low in shower and bathroom sink. No exhaust fan in bathroom is different. We would highly suggest having those. We were out and about and came back to hotel. Apparently food is set out in the afternoon in which we were not told about this either. Everything else was good.

We stayed the weekend for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Hotel was conveniently located in the middle of everything. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Above everything the staff was so incredibly helpful. John, at the bar gave us so many recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Michelle at checking in was super helpful to accommodate a couple of special requests for us. Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, clean surroundings and quiet for sleeping. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotels beds I’ve slept in.

I like the hot tubs outside, would be nice if of the 4 hot tubs there was a space only for adults. Breakfast items and times were very limited as well.

There were blood stains on our sheets upon arrival and the jacuzzi jets did not work.

The room was a little run down. The shade wouldn’t open and the shower was very disappointing

Check-in was easy and clerk was very friendly. We had adjoining rooms and no door stops to hold the doors open between them (I got locked out of my room when we discovered that), there was a huge bug on the wall that we had to kill, bathroom floors were dirty and there was long black hair stuck on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms so we only used one shower, and the microwaves are completely useless-it took over 5 minutes to warm a cup of water for hot chocolate. The outlets with phone plug ins by the bed didn't work in room 408. We couldn't sit at the bar to enjoy a drink because there was never an open seat (which is a great thing for your business but not so much for us). The plus side is that the beds were very comfortable but my sheets were too short and kept coming off of the mattress (which really grossed me out thinking that this had to happen to others as well).over 5 mi were 1-

Loved this hotel. Smaller and quiet which I enjoy. Good restaurants on the block and breakfast options in the hotel. The hotel was under remodel when we were there and from what i could see their remodels were freshing things up and going to be great. We had a suite which was nice. The couple flaws Im sure will be fixed with the remodel so im choosing to give the. Benfit of the doubt.

I have never stayed in a hotel cleaner than this one. I enjoyed a beautiful room, good continental breakfast, and corteous service. I was extremely satisfied and will book again next year.

Always enjoy the outdoor hot tubs, especially in this fall verging on winter season. Also love that the bar serves into the pool area through a little take out window.

This properties appeal is that it’s next door to the Del Bar which is the best place to eat in central Wisconsin!

Nice clean & quiet. Would have liked a mirror outside the bathroom (no full length mirror). Staff very friendly & helpful.
