The front desk team was friendly and helpful. Cleaning crew amazing. The rooms were clean and a good size. The beds were so comfortable- if you like a softer mattress. We were there in September for the balloon festival and it was pretty quiet the outdoor pool was open and it was pleasant to lounge and read by the pool. Unfortunately you could access the deck when the bar was closed and I really want to chill in the Adirondack chairs. The indoor pool is small which would be fine, but when I visited it was full of kids…which is cool. Would stay again

For our 35th wedding anniversary,  we've just come back from our stay at the Tiki Resort in Lake George. Friendly & helpful staff! We're able to Check-In very early too ! Our room very well equipped, very pretty & clean! Quiet atmosphere. The grounds, indoor and outdoor pools great. Walking distance from the Village activities. Will be back

So this place looks "old" on the outside but think of it as just a picture. Its is in great shape and the rooms are excellent and not old in any ways. Beds are great and the room I was in had a fridge. The food is great especially breakfast, but checkout the luau if you can time it right. The pool is clean and the staff is very friendly. The bar area is like a time capsule as far as decorations but is clean and well stocked. And don't forget the disco lounge often used for special functions. Its a close walk to the lake and you can see and hear the steam boats. Simply put don't miss it! If you like Tiki and or Witco as well as lava type art its a must!

We stayed here a few days after americade when things were settled and prices back to normal. Our original room was a kitchenette which was really disappointing. The room seemed very basement-y and the window was right in front of the parking lot. We parked our car infront of our window but still with people passing by there was little privacy. The room had a strange musty smell (perhaps from being in the basement). Also the noise from people stomping up the stairs was terrible. We switched to a double queen room and it was about 100% better! Cleaner, brighter and had no smell. This room also had a small balcony that was nice. The hotel itself is not overly tiki, only the dining rooms are really very tiki. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The new indoor pool was a great size. Would have been nice if the room was completely finished but at least we could swim in there. The outdoor pool however was just gross. I understand the weather was not swimming weather but it still was june and not cold. There were ducks enjoying the pool when we went to see it and even had the pleasure of watching duck do some "business" in the pool. Very disgusting. The hotel is in walking distance to the village which was nice. Breakfast was ok. We didnt do the dinner shows.

We walked in with a coupon and got right in. $61 room and it was so clean and everything was local. Great time. We loved the comfy beds and how nice everyone was. The only thing was the floors were very slippery in the rooms when you have wet feet. Beware.

Great family place. Clean and friendly. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice layout. Space to relax. Great to have breakfast cafe on site reasonably priced. Close to everything but quiet design - you’re not right on the street. Pool is around back. Felt like I was away at tropical place yet felt right at home. Great and will definitely stay again

Where do I start everything about this resort is sub par, its not worth your money. Don't stay there. 1. The bathroom door doesn't shut completely. 2. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. 3. Appliances were not cleaned from previous stays. There was coffee pod still lying around. 4. Pool towels not stocked. 5. Pictures don't reflect the size of the bathroom you would get. Lodging a complain doesn't get you anything other than apologies which doesn't help at all.

The floors were filthy and sticky. The bathroom floor and walls including the shower needs a good scrubbing. Dirt came out of the pull out couch when we opened it. We requested housekeeping come and clean the room when we left for the day. They did not come despite the front desk assuring us they would.

We spent 5 terrific nights at Tiki Resort on vacation with our Granddaughter. We attended the Polynesian show at Tiki which was delicious and entertaining for adults and children. We had a great comfortable stay in a clean , comfortable room. The pools were clean and refreshing. We are breakfast at the cafe on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would come back again . Great place and reasonable rates.
