The online pictures make it look so cute. It is not. We arrived one evening greeted with cigarette smoke from an employee near the door. When we entered it smelled like damp carpet with odors from maybe rodent pee mixed with cigarette smoke. We went up a short flight of stairs to the second floor to a creepy hallway. We entered into our room with two full size beds. The AC was blowing humid air which made the room smell like stale beers and cigarettes. The carpet looked about 40 years old and looked sticky. The bathroom was so outdated and smelled like mold. We left. There was no way we were staying there.

Reasonably priced but no fear here. Nice and clean, comfortable, everything worked, nice people. Decent breakfast and, all in all, a great value. A little hard to find and the area restaurants are iffy but Lake George is just down the road. Very excellent value and satisfaction.

Upon entering you are greeted with a rodent bait box. The first floor where the animals are allowed, had a horrific urine order. The staff can be found outside smoking. Handicap parking is utilized by the staff also. Rooms smelled and were dirty. Hotel needs to be gutted.

Rooms are small, beds uncomfortable,not enough storage. Not enough electric outlets to charge our phones. Rustic style hotel that allows pets on the 1st floor only. Poor quality breakfast and don't refill enough. Lastly, room had bed bugs and my family were bitting. What a nightmare- pay a little more and choose another hotel.

We were at the Super 8 for two night 4/7 and 4/8/2024. We drove up to Plattsburgh for the eclipse from the hotel. I cannot say enough about this amazing little hotel. The reception desk staff were amazing - going out of their way to make everyone welcomed and even trying to help people begging for a room when I97 became a giant traffic jam after eclipse. They never stopped smiling or assisting. The housekeeping staff are incredible. I have rarely seen a room so immaculate. When we were leaving I noticed how the staff was cleaning empty rooms. Chairs flipped over upside down onto the beds so they can vacuum every nook and corner - Never have I seen staff clean so thoroughly. All STARS! I will stay here again when we are in the north country of NYS.

The hotel is average but the rooms are small and the price is HIGH for what you get. We were charged an additional $26.75 for Incidental Purchases WHICH WE DID NOT make. The bath room sink has large deep scratches. Breakfast was only instant oatmeal muffins toast and youurt

This place was perfect. The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Pet friendly, I met the loveliest hippie dog. And there was breakfast included too! I loved this place because the rooms looked like a log cabin! Looking forward to another stay there.

Excellent place. Extremely clean. Attentive service.fantastic location Much more than you’d expect for the price. We came here to ski in gore and west and this place met all our needs. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and really friendly staff. Would definitely come again.

We were very happy to have chosen the Super 8 in Warrensburg, N.Y. The room/bathroom were spotless. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The staff was very helpful when we had to make a change in our plans. We recommend this hotel to all. Thank you!

Been staying here for years. Perfectly located for hiking in the area and access to the Lake George area too. Local food and supermarkets make the stay easy and affordable. The staff and local people make this a very enjoyable stay. Will be going back again in the Spring.

I just happened to make a booking at this hotel when I was passing through the Lake George area. Very glad I did. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows the right size and softness for a good night's sleep. (I find that many hotels have pillows the size and firmness of sofa cushions. Perfect for a sore neck. Terrible for sleeping.) This hotel is great value.

Expensive price, cheap looking. Great, friendly service. Fake log cabin look. Old, low quality. Tiny room. Some massive yellow stain on the side of the matress. Although minimal, Breakfast was a nice touch. Free parking. Quiet.

I got stuck due to a booking error that confirmed my reservation was in Warrensburg Missouri not Warrensburg New York. Although the hotel was completely booked, the staff on duty was very helpful and understanding. I disparity needed help and support, and the folks working at the front desk were as nice as they could be. Thanks again!

Terrible experience. Room unclean. Place smelled. It’s a trucking/ gas station stop. They would not refund my money when I was well within the return period. Id stab myself in the eyes and jump off the roof before staying here
