Nous avons louer un cottage cette fois si c’était très bien plus tranquille qu’une chambre plus d’espace dans la pièce,la piscine était chauffée et propre,l’hôtel sur semaine était pas beaucoup fréquenté en septembre et c’était bien,la dame à la réception était gentille nous avons passé la semaine le prix était comme convenu lors de la réservation Je recommande.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit with another unit attached to the same building. Very clean. Everything we needed... full kitchen with a coffee pot and dishes. Comfy bed. 2 tvs... 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the separate TV room. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a disappointment. Outdated. Carpeting in the bedroom looked dirty. Our AC clean filter light was on. Our fridge smelled and needed to be cleaned and defrosted. We reported this to the front desk and was told it would be taken care of. just the AC was taken care of. The towels were all damp. We told them we wanted to cancel the last night of our 2nd reservation, we originally had wanted to extend but had to have us change rooms. Anyway we asked if we could be refunded due to above We were told no. There was no outside light on the porch near the front office. We had to play cards by flashlight. Other guests were rude. Wouldn’t share the picnic table while they were playing shuffleboard. When we first arrived the front desk man told us checkin was at 3. We said we just wanted to park our cars ave walk to the village. Seemed like it was an inconvenience that we asked. We were there July 18-20 in room 134. Our friends stayed in room 135. They were given a refund. Not sure why we weren’t. I would not recommend this hotel. Was very disappointed.

We always choose Heritage when visiting Lake George. We love the location and the staff! My husband and I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We love the accommodations and the atmosphere. (AND this place really does have the BEST pillows!) Thank you, Diana, and team for always helping to make our stays memorable!! We would 100% recommend this inn!

Very basic motel. Good service, clean, busy. Bed was not super comfortable and bathroom was very small. Lots of motorcyclists patronized. Good location close to downtown Lake George and within walking distance of various businesses and the park. Across the street from the lake.

While the rooms were not huge, they were clean and comfortable. The site was located at the far end of the main ***** in Lake George so most restaurants and shops were a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. A limited breakfast delivery is offered and was tasty and affordable. My daughter's favorite thing about this hotel was the outdoor heated pool.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house! Such a perfect spot for a family! Has your own pool, courtyard, electric firepit, and tables/chairs! An easy walk to the downtown village, lake, restaurants. Needs some updating but, a perfect getaway spot, would highly recommend to any family! Great friendly staff, We will be back!

This place has some serious ADA compliance issues to correct. You can't even get into the office to check in with those stairs. The showers have no handholds and only one deck has one. In general, although the staff is very friendly, accommodations seem to be neglected.

This is a great place to stay and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The people who own this work very hard to make you feel at home. Daily coffee in the main office, very clean, great pool! They have outdoor games, fireplace, and board games to keep you entertained. Stay here!!!

Everything is here that you want. Clean and very well kept. Pillows are the best. Short walk to all the downtown has to to offer but extremely quite. I always stay here . No need for anything else and very aff

The resort is old but well maintained. Clean and friendly but could use a professional touch. Some items are on site handyman special. We would stay again. Clean, in town with a short walk to everything.

Pleasantly surprised by this ventage type motel. Check in staff excellent. Friendly and fast, very nice. Though room was small, impeccably clean and efficient for us. Parking right in front of unit. Walking distance of downtown park and restaurants, just across from lake. Was very satisfied.

We had a great stay at The Heritage! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the property is in excellent shape and the rooms are spotless. Needless to say we will be back next summer. Thank you Heritage team!
