温泉城希爾頓惠庭套房酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Hot Springs)

For a pet friendly hotel, there is no green space outside for your animal to use the restroom. It is covered in concrete all over and very little grass. The only area where there is grass are the medians in the parking lot. There was black mold in the tank of our toilet. I am allergic to mold and started to have a reaction, which is what brought us to investigate the areas not visible to the eye. This was in room 423. The hotel was relatively clean, aside from the dog waste outside on the sidewalks that people did not pick up after themselves. If you want the “Lake view,” you need to be on the top /4th floor. The third, second, or first floor on the lake view side has the view completely obstructed by buildings, which is misleading in the advertising. There is no hot breakfast on weekdays, only on weekends. The front desk staff was less than friendly and seemed more interested in hiding behind the little back office area than assisting guests when they arrived at the front desk. The beds are uncomfortable, as is the couch in the studio room. The sheets are soft, but the pillows lack support. The tv had basic antenna channels only that were spotty and went in and out with picture regularly. Not the best experience here.

We love the Home2 Suites franchise, and have admittedly high standards based on our past experiences with these properties. In that context, this property is sufficient, but it is not excellent. The main disappointment was the breakfast, which is usually fantastic. This facility substitutes instant oatmeal for hot oatmeal, and the sandwiches weren't very fresh.

Everything from the room to the main lobby was clean, all the amenities were wonderful. I loved the layout of the room, the blackout curtains, etc. Staff was wonderful!

Everything was nice and clean because it’s a new property. Only negative was the pillows were horrible. Had no support. And the bedding was slick material and kept sliding all over and covers ended up off the bed by morning.

Front desk clerk was incredibly rude to a Hilton Honors member upon check in and with a request to move rooms. Will never stay here again.

The room that we were given was not what we paid extra for, but we agreed to just get a studio room as long as it had a lake view which we were told that’s what we were going to get. But we came in a room with window facing nothing but a parking lot. We were lied to. Staff were not friendly at all and the breakfast was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth it for the price. There are plenty of better hotels in the area that are more reasonable priced and better customer service.

Beautiful property. Quite a ways from Hot Springs attractions. Super place if you're staying for work, not as convenient if a tourist.

Just watch that bump in the road outside the driveway. It will get you if you're holding a drink.

Quite. It was very pleasant staff was nice property was very clean. Bed was a little hard and there was only 1 shower door. Just made a water mess. Rooms had everything you could need. Would stay again.
