I stayed here for three days and want to call out three staff members who genuinely made my stay better: Nathan, Laura, and Christina. Nathan came across as the calm, no-nonsense professional who clearly knows how to run the place. Very direct, very efficient, and exactly the person you want when you have a question or need something handled correctly the first time. He struck me as a manager type—serious in the best way—and I always felt like things were under control when he was around. Laura was simply sweet and kind every time I interacted with her. No attitude, no rush—just genuinely pleasant and helpful. Sometimes that alone makes a hotel feel welcoming, and she nailed that. And then there’s Christina. Her smile could honestly turn around a rough travel day. Every interaction with her felt upbeat and positive, like you were being helped by someone who actually enjoys what they do. Seeing her at the desk was a little daily boost—sounds small, but it matters. Hotels are buildings. People make the experience. These three absolutely did. Because of them, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

I have to say that when i first came i felt like royalty i was acknoledged as i walked in the door and quick check in Annette let me know all about hotel and said if i need anything just let me know then she called my room and asked if all was as expected and i had to say it was way more than expected love this place and recommend it to all i was even acknoledged as a IHG member

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place charged me a 500$ smoking fee and I DID NOT SMOKE! They didn't tell me when I checked out either! I found out a few days later when checking my bank statement. I tried to call and figure out the charge, dispute it, went up the chain and got nowhere! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very clean facility. Very professional staff. My first choice to stay at anywhere. No changes from last review. Very close to all locations and right by the freeway. Buckee's is next door for quick food and supplies. Staff was great for giving me ideas for things to do.

Nice hotel. Remodeling was going on. Hotel was clean and so was room. Employees are friendly and I liked they had an area you could borrow kitchen items and also had games you could use. Just when finished with, return them to that area. They have a some grills to cook out on and also a nice outdoor pool.

I have to say I was very surprised how nice this hotel was. Our water line broke and we had to stay at a hotel. I chose this one mostly bc the kitchen. I didn't realize until we checked in that is was full size:). We had no reservations. The lady working was very kind and helpful. The place smalls so good. Like being home. The room was so clean. There was everything we needed for our stay. Dishes, cups, coffee and maker, shampoo, conditioner, body wash... All in good sizes too not one time use!!!! Also paper towels...dish cloth...forks, knives.. the list goes on. Highly recommend!! Definitely will he looking for this brand of hotels on our next travels. Oh and if you need anything there is a store and you can rent items downstairs too like a Crock-Pot!!! My kids enjoyed the room too:)

Overall a positive place to stay at. Local to everything and staff is very helpful. They have everything you need and then some. This is the second time I am staying there. they were renovating it but still a good experience.
