This was a very convenient with newly upgraded decor hotel. Beds were very comfortable. A plus to have a Nespresso machine. The Chinese restaurant they recommended had great authentic Chinese food. Shower had instant hot water. We love the hotel.

Limited checkin hours that are not listed on *******/their website. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now, but we had to wait an hour after checkin started to be helped. Once the front desk associate arrived, he was extremely helpful and kind. Coffee machine in the room didn’t work, but only stayed one day so we didn’t say anything until checkout. Excellent location!

Situé dans la vieille ville à proximité du pont de la chapelle, cet établissement présente un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Quelque réserves cependant dues à son emplacement: il ne possède pas de parking et il vous faudra vous stationner dans un parking public (dont le coût est à ajouter au prix de la chambre) et en été les rues adjacentes piétonnes et bien fournies en restaurants sont bruyantes.

This very nice hotel has a perfect location. In the old town only a few walks away from the river, where you have lots of beautiful ancient buildings and lots of good restaurants. Also lots of shopping possibilities. The bed is very comfortable and large. I am a bad sleeper, but in this bed I slept like a rose. What you need to know is that the reception sends you an email with a code, so you can check-in into your room when there is nobody at the reception desk. Unfortunately we had not seen this email because we have no roaming and had switched off our mobile phones. Luckily, we found someone from the staff in the building and they helped us to the room. Tip: I don't know if this email can be sent a day earlier to the guests? Then we would have read it when we were in Italy where we do have roaming. Other than that very nice and quiet stay. I forgot my earrings, and the staff made sure they were sent to my homeland. I even received chocolates with the letter! Therefore many thanks and a rating of 5 stars for this hotel.

位置最好，離Capel Bridge步行30秒。著名的city hall brewery因為下雨就在酒店門前。最重要的是位置最好。但是房間很小，真的很小。位置真的是最好的，Chapel Bridge步行15米，早上散步真的很不錯，酒店門口就是著名的City Hall Brewery，可以喝到最好的生啤酒

The property was fairly clean and close to many amenities and the bridge. The restaurantws nearby were mostly good and the grocery stores were convenient for quick breads and cheeses, drinks, etc. The room was a bit small but fairly clean and adequate. The Li Tai Pei restaurant next to it had the best chinese food we've EVER had! Amazing and Surprising! Not a bad place to stay. Adequate and convenient.

Very noisy area. Don’t expect anyone at desk between noon & 2 for check in. They go to lunch. Also reminder this is an old building with no A/C. Italian Restaurant was very good
