盧塞恩庭院酒店(Hotel Hofgarten Luzern)

Quirky hotel. Weird design and not great for handicapped. The bathroom shower was small and had a high.step out. Breakfast was with fresh cooked eggs if not too busy. Breakfast help was the best. Free water bottles

Great location - close by the church / cathedral and within easy walking distance of the train station and all the main attractions of this lovely city. Close by to the lake and the steepest the steepest railway in the world, the Pilatus Railway - an awe-inspiring feat of engineering. Very helpful, hospitable and welcoming staff.

Hotel fermo agli anni settanta, camere piccole e tristi, non c'è aria condizionata in camera ma solo un rumorosissimo piccolo macchinario con bocchettone fuori dalla finestra. L'hotel è circondato da strade piuttosto trafficate di giorno e di notte e pertanto tenere le finestre aperte è come dormire in strada. D'altra parte, il macchinario per l'aria condizionata è talmente rumoroso che sembra di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo. Il tutto con oltre 35 gradi fuori.... Il tutto per circa 400 euro per una notte!

The hotel is small and located outside the center. The room was very basic and terribly warm because no air. They provide a kind of cooling machine super noisy and it is impossible to sleep with it working but leaving the windows open is no real option for the traffic. we paid 400 euro for a terrible night. Never again!

Yeah…no. Where to begin… Rooms in a maze of stairs that allows a unique experience hearing everything in your bedroom (guests at the reception directly to your bed in the second floor). Bathrooms are absolutely awful (hair drier with exposed power cables), additionally if you are not staying alone, be prepared to share the experience with your guest in the toilet (glass door: no privacy, no sound dampening light directly in line of sight of the bed. Whether you are showering or brushing your teeth or going number two, it is now a group experience). The hotel boasts paid parking, what they neglect to mention is that you don’t have free access to your car. Since they have private parking that is not accessible to you as a guest. Comfortable bed. Location is good, but I would point you towards ibis style rather than this place. Did I mention that the floor (and bed) vibrate when a bus pass by ? Oh and before I forget, there was a random 42CHF charge on checkout, didn’t inquire as I just wanted to leave at this point. P.s: don’t go for the croissants at breakfast, as apparently they serve day(or two)old croissants. Hard as a rock

Très bel hôtel historique au centre de Lucerne , sans aucune nuisance sonore. Jolie chambre, très propre et excellente literie. Service voiturier (payant) vraiment pratique. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins et désirs. Avons mangé le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel, dans une très belle salle. Excellente cuisine, raffinée et inventive, et personnel de salle aimable et très professionnel ! Jolie terrasse/jardin agréable. Prix tout à fait corrects. Nous reviendrons

Avec 2 amies nous avons réservé une chambre triple au mois de juillet 2022. La chambre était bien spacieuse pour 3 personnes avec un joli parquet en bois. La salle de bain était très moderne. Le petit déjeuner était varié et par beau temps on peut le prendre dans une joli cour extérieur. Le personnel est charmant et très acceuillant et des bouteilles d'eau sont à disposition gratuitement à la réception. Seul petit bémol: il n'y a pas de climatisation. L'hôtel est bien situé à 10 min à pied de la gare et à 2 min du lac.

L'hôtel est très bien situé mais quand il fait chaud, c'est désagréable. Il n'y a pas de climatisation donc obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres mais le restaurant situé en dessous vous envoie toutes ses odeurs et je ne vous parle pas des moustiques. Autrement le personnel est très agréable et parle bien français. A faire l'hiver
