Picked the place due to its high rating and it did not disappoint - cute exterior and clean rooms (beds, floor, bathroom). Webster’s Beacon, a grocery/café 3 km east (open till 7pm), sells yummy warm sandwiches and pizza.

called ahead letting them know i'd be coming past their check-in time. they were friendly and accommodating and had no problem letting me arrive at nearly 10pm. i've stayed here once before and had a great experience last time as well. the motel is clean and tidy and being able to have a fire at their pits at night will always bring me back.

The great reviews are true - this place is fantastic! Clean, renovated bathroom, comfortable beds, extremely close to the gorgeous Dwight Beach, quiet and peaceful despite being by the road, and a lovely drive away from Algonquin Park’s West Gate. We would definitely go back!

Stayed here overnight before an Algonquin canoe trip. Front desk was very friendly and beds were comfy!! Exactly what we needed.

Due to a booking mixup we couldn't stay at the motel. They admitted the mistake was theirs and paid 100% of the costs of our stay in another resort. That's customer service like you just don't see anymore.

A small, independent family-run motel. When we’re travelling, my wife and I tend to avoid this type of property because, in our experience, the cons far outweigh the pros… We chose this property because it worked with the timing of our travel plans. We figured that one night in a ‘motel’ wouldn’t hurt too much… Boy, were we wrong! The Dwight Village Motel far exceeded our expectations. In fact, we were so comfortable and so relaxed that instead of leaving at 8:30 AM (as we had planned), we stuck around until almost 11:00 AM. In short, without hesitation or reservation, I recommend the Dwight Village Motel to everyone.

Dwight Village Motel is a quiet spot off Highway 60 with a place to read and have a cup of coffee in the morning and sit around a campfire in the evening. The owners are onsite and are very helpful, ensuring the facility is clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, and nice rooms. Stayed here overnight when we went to Algonquin. The place is conveniently located a short distance in Dwight from the west-side entrance of the park. Brad was there to greet us and had our room ready. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean and newly renovated. Room was equipped with a TV, fridge, microwave, teapot and a/c. All you need for a short stay here. I'd book again if so.
