Crowne Plaza 波特蘭奧斯威戈湖(Crowne Plaza Portland-Lake Oswego)

Unfortunately, this property does not seem to be receiving continued cleaning and maintenance support. Water pressure, cleaniness of the shower and bathroom, lack of clean towels, burnt out light, curtain rod and handle issues, are some examples of problems with two rooms we used during this trip, that's right two rooms, because we had to switch to a second room that had some of these similar issues. BTW, coffee replenishment is arbitrary apparently in this hotel. Good luck.

Ive stayed at this hitel multiple times and had great experiences each time. Today is different, i paid/reserved a room with 2 beds but when i checked in there was none available. They gave me a king bed and a pull out sofa. There was only 2 towels for 3 people so i tried to call front desk and phone doesnt work. Front desk staff said tgey are short staffed and only have 2 housekeepers to clean almost 50 rooms and they cant get to them and most if the phones in the rooms dont work. I hope they get their staffing needs met.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad: Good location, restaurant/bar in the middle with rooms arrayed roughly in a circle around it on about 5 levels, and a self-checkout snacks shop on the first floor. However: - We had to wait a full 45-60 minutes past their 3pm check-in time for them to have a room ready for us. - We were there for 2 nights. Housekeeping was essentially a joke: They didn’t do that great a job of making up our beds (and possibly also didn’t change the sheets either), and during our final inspection of the room before checking out we actually found two clogs under one of the beds. We don’t even own any clogs! - Right before we left we ended up getting two croissants at their in-house café. We found out too late they were $7 each, and then when I bit into mine later I threw it away almost immediately because it was clear that it was at least a couple days old. But hey, at least Marco at the front desk comped our $10 a day in parking expenses due us having to wait for the room. He and the person who delivered coffee etc. to the room were helpful.

We had reservations for a room with a King and a sofa and were told because our disabled son had his service dog we couldn't have the room. Then were told we may not get a room because there may not be one available because of his service dog. After a bit of a wait we did get a room but it had two full beds which made it uncomfortable for my husband and I to sleep. As we understand the law,this should not have happened. We tried to talk to the staff but they were unaccomadating.

Booked a suite. Arrived, took forever to get checked in. Got to room, no AC (they had some portable unit hooked up). Went back to from t desk, waited another 10 minutes. Told the receptionist no AC (it was supposed to be over 90 that day). She was friendly but said "Oh, I guess I should have mentioned none of our suites have AC, the unit is broken". Switched me to standard room, about size of a comfort inn room. The hotel is showing its age. I thought it would be a nice place, but it has obviously been neglected and not maintained.

The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I was just so impressed with the excellent management of this hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed. It does bother me to be charged $10 to park a car at a hotel. Why not just raise the price of the room to accurately reflect the total charge?

Fantastic customer service from everyone! The entire staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. I’ll stay here every time I’m in the area.
