I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and they have all been fairly nice. This one was the exception. It definitely needs more maintenance. The entire place felt unclean. There was dirt and trash on the floor by the elevator for the entire three days that I was there. Didn't seem like there was a staff to clean up the place. The floors seemed sticky and disgusting as if there were mopped with dirty water. In the elevator there was an unpleasant odor and the rest of the building just didn't have a clean smell to it. In my room the shower faucet had a significant leak and the pipe to the shower head was duck taped, I suppose to fix another leak. The kitchenet was old and very lacking. No plates, cups glasses, other utensils or cookware. I understand why these items may not want to be left in the rooms but there should be an option to get them from and return them to the front desk if desired.

Dirty walls in the room, dirty shower & toilet. Room smells like cigarettes even though it’s non smoking! Hallways & entrance stink! It’s horrible!!!!

Nilety was very polite helped me get into my room and made sure I liked the room she’s a phenomenal employee

This is listed as non smoking, however you can smell smoke. The area is in a mixed business residential neighborhood ajacent to i4.

The room wasn't even clean at check in time. So we had to wait an extra 45 minutes. It stunk so bad we couldn't even stay there

The service was terrible. The front desk clerk was rude, would not allow my nephew to enter the room without some form of ID even though I paid for the room.

Nothing unique cig. butts outside entrance door. No lamps. Ask about a coffee pot. Reply was you have to buy it. Ask about if they furnished coffee for people staying there. Reply go to Waffle House. Why should A person traveling need to to purchase a coffee pot or go to Waffle House during a hurricane. Poor excuse for a tired traveler

Bedsheets we’re smelling. Floors in the hotel were not moped. The hotel was smelling. The only good thing is staff were friendly and nice.
