the king suite was perfect, they let you stay till 3:55pm for an extra 50 dollars past check out at 11am. I absolutely will be booking again and can’t wait to spend another weekend with my love here ❤️🔥

I've stayed here before but this room was very dirty. On check in the room I booked was not available, so they "upgraded" me from a queen to a king. The couch was very dirty and when by chance I pulled out the fold up bed...oh my days. It looked like a crime scene in a dive bar. Stains, peanut shells,...so gross. As it was late and a shirt stay I didn't say anything but will probably not stay here again as it seems to be going downhill.

I was traveling from Miami to Tampa and I stayed in this hotel, I checked in at 12 o’clock at night And that was the worst night that I had in my life. They made me sign a paper that it was a nice smoking hotel. But when I opened the door, the room was smelling like crap, dirty nasty. I will never recommend this hotel in my life again piece of junk.

Everything in the room was dated and in poor condition, from the furniture to the bed sheets, waste of money to go there.

The staff was wonderful,but as we going to bed we seen roaches going across the headboard. I think there should be more pest control going in and spraying.

They truly made my thanksgiving so relaxing and comfortable. I am really grateful and will be returning within the week. It is clean. And nice and extremely comfortable and livable

Booked with *******, was not told this suite room with KITCHENETTE was only cleaned/serviced once a week. It was left up us to take out your own garbage. We also had to bring your towels to front desk for new ones throughout our stay. We had go to front desk as they only give you one roll of toilet paper per day. Servicing the room we were told only happened once every week. That being stated we were only staying for a week. There are no door knob signs for do not disturb. They then, unknown to us never told us that they were cleaning to room day before we were to check out. Then took it upon them selves to remove our personal items we had beside our garbage bag and apparently thrown them out with the trash. So they through away some of our memorabilia that were bringing back to Canada. It made no logical sense to us if the rooms were only serviced once a week why they chose to do it the day before check out as they would have to service it again upon our check out. When we asked the front desk they did absolutely NOTHING to help rectify the situation. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed.
