Travelodge by Wyndham Lakeland

Pulled up as a cop was pulling out. Exterior entrance to each room was a large sliding glass door. View was the highway overpass. When I realized I failed to pack my thigh-high black leather boots, frayed denim mini skirt, halter top, and cigarettes, I opted to NOT stay. Submitted a request for a refund to Trip.com but was not granted one. Would recommend this location for men on hunting trips who bring their guns. Single women travelers are unlikely to feel safe.

Everything was great, rooms were comfortable, ONLY ONE THING, they didn't even offer the conventional light breakfast, I even saw other guests coming down looking for it also, HELLO LIGHT BREAKFAST PLZ

Both ladies front desk were fantastic. Their attention to detail, hospitality, courtesy was above and beyond. Room was clean and everything worked. Easy access to room, safety was great. Pleasant environment, no noise or distractions.

Everything was just perfect. It was a good experience after staying in other hotels before.

Walls are definitely paper thin. It is dated but clean although I found a cockroach at midnight in the bathroom. The other hotels nearby all look worse. Gym is just a bathroom sized with 2 machines. So unless you bike or threadmill, there is no gym. If I were to visit again, I will try find another place with this as fallback

I paid for my reservation upfront and was ask to pay a deposit upon my arrival. Also when i spoke to someone from the front desk prior to making my reservation about continental breakfast i was told yes there is a continental breakfast from 6 to 10. When i get there im told no breakfast is serve just coffee.

Our room was dated although it appears they are updating some rooms. The room faced a very noisy street with horns and sirens going off all night. To get into the gym you have to go to the front desk to request a separate key. I found this inconvenient.

We were place between to rooms undergoing renovations starting at 8am until 7pm in the night. Followed with paint fumes
