Staff goes above and beyond for you to have a great time. Bartender Tony at Spooners and game show host were amazing!

Always a pleasure to visit. Friendly staff, good food and clean accommodations with various activities or the choice to just stay inside and relax. Always a joy to visit.

To begin: the line to check in was very long, only one person attending, the waiting period was very long. I arrived at the room the Passion package that I had bought they had not delivered it to me I called to inform they told me to wait half an hour I never received it. I had to go with my husband to the office to pick up. I lost a lot of time that I could use to use the jacuzzy but since they hadn't given me the bubbles I lost time. Then we went to dinner, the dinner was very good, the girl who took care of us was excellent. Then we went to the room again we tried to rest a little but the couple who was in the next room on the side did not let us rest with so much noise that they were making slam the doors, hitting the walls was so much noise etc. the breakfast was very good. Then we went to check out again the line was so long. The front desk people was in a bad mood attending to people with attitudes and in a bad way. My recommendation is if you don't like front desk job, there are other workplaces that may be better for you if you don't like dealing with people. Find a job that you like. We costumer deserve a good treat. we are also paying for a service.

I loved the swift check in systems they have in place. I checked in at 3:30pm and received my room number an hour and 30 minutes later. I also did not receive all of my items included with my package until the next day and i was promised they will be available in my room during check in. Room was nice and clean. Some special features that were included within the room did not work. Ex: starlights. Heater did not work in the living room space. Bathroom fan was also broken. Guest services were uncaring when concerns were brought up. Best part of this trip, the bar and restaurant. Bartender was very professional and friendly. Restaurant waitresses and hostess was exceptional. If i went back, they would be the reason why.

Stepping back into the 70’s! Property was nice, especially the pool and jacuzzi. Rooms were nice but outdated and in need of renovations.

Does not look like advertising, the rooms are filthy, and the champagne tower is not clean at all. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

It was an amazing experience it’s a place that I’ve wanted to visit for the longest time and finally did and we enjoyed every minute of it from the deer feedings to the amazing food the room was just perfect
