丹佛市西南貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Denver Southwest)

Clean/spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location near many stores/restaurants/etc and main roads for quick travel. I somehow missed that this was a Dino hotel in the listing so that was an awesome surprise when I showed up! Definitely plan on staying here again for future Red Rocks trips!

Don’t drive all morning and hope for an early checkin so you can change clothes for a family function if Mia is on the front desk. I talked with her at 1:15 pm, when she told me “all rooms will be available at 3:00 pm.” I only needed one room, but I guess none had been cleaned, which seemed odd. She didn’t offer a ladies room, so I changed in my car and went on. If I hadn’t paid in advance I would have stayed elsewhere. Also, if you’re allergic to mold, don’t stay here or be sure to have your allergy kit with you. The facility smelled wet/moldy upon entry. The room was reasonably clean but there were stains on the curtain. The bed was comfortable. The TV didn’t work, but the night shift front desk person was pleasant and suggested a fix that worked.

All Jurassic enthusiasts will enjoy their stay at this hotel. They had dinosaur bones in the lobby!!!

The beds are magnificent!!! Great hot water, great location & good staff. Goes on the return to list.

The receptionist acted unprofessional. The bathroom lock was broken and our family member couldn’t get out

The dinosaur theme was a pleasant surprise! Nice staff, interesting decor. I had a problem with a door that didn't open easily because "it's been broken for awhile" and the bar was closed because they didn't have a bartender. Not a bad place to stay for a night or two.

We were really excited to stay here with the dinosaur theme and outdoor heated pool etc. There was 1 person working, he was new, but wonderful. The bar was closed due to no staff. The outdoor pool was not very warm and the towel bin had blown into the pool, we ended up in the hot tub which was fine. The room had a couple burned out lights and the bathroom carpet was dirty. Someone left a magic eraser sponge on the windowsill in there. The size of the room was a great value. It was frustrating trying to haul our luggage up to the second floor, due to there not being any elevators. We felt bad for the 1 gentleman that had to work alone.

A fun hotel especially if you are into dinosaurs! Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is somewhat dated and not as clean as it should be. ******* description of the room was not what it actually is.

Location was really convenient for us and we were surprised to be so close to a Planet Fitness.We thought breakfast was convenient and pretty good. There was a different special each day. The only reason for conditions 4 star, hallways&rooms a little dated.
