Stay was good with only one small complaint. Our room was right by the elevator and it was noisy by the elevator both late evening and early morning. Folks congregating and talking loudly. Other than that would definitely stay there again but would ask for room away from elevator.

In process of renovation was there excuse for everything. Sink in sweet had a note that said inoperable due to ongoing renovations, refrigerator barely worked, in fact recess of upgrades we were told. Air conditioner worked but room design made it pointless, bed was in front of it and curtains hung over the actual AC unit.

Staying for just one night. I just checked in and so far so good. Staff is pleasant & helpful, area is quite, room is clean, and 3 dining options within walking distance

D Did not like the pillows for a king-sized room. My pillows on my side of the bed had two pillows and one pillow case which made the pillow lumpy and uncomfortable rather than having full size pillows.

Short stay while home was being painted. Needed to add an extra night and desk clerk was very helpful in making the extra reservation without requiring a room change. Shout out to the housekeeping staff for doing a daily and through room cleaning! Breakfasts are plentiful and good. Highly recommend.

The check in process was quick and friendly, staff very efficient and helpful. The beds were so so firm that they were quite uncomfortable and the side door didn’t latch or lock. Otherwise it was a great stay, nice clean area inside and out.

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. I would have preferred that the hair dryer had a longer cord, but overall no complaints. Decent breakfast with lots of choices, conveniently located.
