蘭凱斯特希爾頓花園旅館(Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster)

The room spelled a bit musty upon arrival, but not enough to complain about. The bathroom was super small, and definitely not one that could be used my more than one person at a time. The toilet either leaked or the way the shower water hit made the floor soaked with water after every use. The lobby was spacious, but under-utilized. There was no free hot breakfast offered (even though they have a fantastic place for serving it), but they did offer yogurt, banana and a granola bar in a to-go bag. The pool was wonderful, and the outdoor space was nice to have if you were traveling as part of a group and needed informal meeting spaces not located in rooms.

Room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I will say that I am getting tired of having to request room service, but this is not limited to Hilton. My belief is if you are paying in excess of $200 a night for a hotel, housekeeping is expected. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. What I found was that their amenities were not updated. I read that the rooms are cleaned daily. When we arrived, we were told that rooms are cleaned every 3rd day, but if we wanted room service, we needed to ask the day before. Not a big deal, just that their website needs to be update.

This is a very nice hotel. I love the layout. The front desk is very kind and friendly. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. My only complaint was being the room right next to the ice machine. The ice machine is very loud! Some guy literally was filling up a large cooler late the night we stayed there. If it wasn't for the noisiness of that, and some other guests deciding to have loud conversations right outside of other hotel room doors, the stay would have been awesome. I don't fault the Hilton for other guests who don't realize people really are sleeping early in the morning or late at night. I would stay here again.

A somewhat older HGI. Nothing good or bad. RestaUrant was closed. My main issue is no housekeeping. I will no longer accept no housekeeping from a hotel. On request is fine but charging me the same rate with no service is unacceptable.

Very disappointed in the hotel. We needed a handicapped accessible room. It was very difficult to maneuver around the room. very little space. The shower chair was so short that it was difficult to use. there was no maid service, the shower was slimy under my feet. Had to bring trash to the desk to clean it out. Not a very good experience. I have been there before and had no issues.

Hard to adjust to the changes due to COVID-19 but the staff provided excellent service in the short time I was there.

The room was big and beds were comfy! Still amazed at how hotels still not offering breakfast or hospitalIty but still charge same rates!!
