Most staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Free breakfast is very helpful and accomadating. Housekeepers are great, and pool was nice. Spa needs service and no ice machine for 3 days plus now sucks. Experienced favoritism as far as managers giving different rates to different folks. Overall price was nice until last part of my stay no reason to raise to what it is now with all the defaults. Keep to yourself/be vigilient because there are usually 'suspicious' folks staying or lurking around.

The suite was nice and big, but there were no extra blankets and it smelled like smoke (I'm an ex-smoker, I know that smell). Our room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there (5 days) - usually you have to specify when you DON'T want cleaning, not the other way around. We requested fresh towels and they said there weren't any, we had to wait for laundry to be done. Asked again the next day and they wouldn't give us any until we brought them our used towels. So weird. Only one ice machine in the whole building and it was broken. And they ran out of coffee at breakfast.

I need to say that the entire staff that we dealt with was very nice and accommodating. But, I need to give a special shout out to Justine. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She was always friendly and anything we needed, she was on it!!

Staying here for 1 night after living in the area for 2 yrs- Was a nice surprise for lancaster, CA. A advantage is the LAX shuttle leaves from here as well

Check in was at three I arrived at 2:50. My room was not ready until 3:35 PM. Get into my room notice only had one set of towels requested from room service for more towels. Did not receive towels until 5:45 PM. I was told my towels were in the washing machine hotel supposed to have towels on standby at all times customer service was poor
