El hotel se encontraba en perfectas condiciones y tenía decoración de Halloween, muy bonito. Tenía muchas actividades y también las entradas al parque Terra mítica que no me lo esperaba. A good thing about it was a free safe and fridge room not too bad location is the best reason to stay Europe only two faults I could find there air conditioning was too far away from the bed in my opinion in a stupid place also when you put your card in to the light a outside light shows if you are in all out in my opinion a very bad idea

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.
