「Overall trip was good. if you are the type wanting a little privacy and not to be disturbed every now and then, yes this is the place for you. The hotel location is near to T.Nagar, Vijaya Forum Mall which makes commuting less troublesome. The only downside of the location that is facing a main road with U turn for both direction. Expect some heavy road traffic. Both Early check in and late check outs are chargeable. Rooms are decent. Housekeeping is 2 days once. You have to ask for what you want i.e water, amenities top up . Food at Qmin is fair. Buffet is pretty standard throughout the stay. Manager is attentive to guests.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well. My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.」

「進入飯店時我有點忐忑，因為既沒有熱情的歡迎，也沒有任何指示牌表明前台在哪裡。前台有兩個人分別站在兩張不同的桌子旁（這和其他飯店常見的佈局不太一樣），我們猜測那可能就是前台，於是走上前去。除此之外，我們沒有遇到其他問題。食物方面：有點令人失望，因為綠園飯店的早餐和其他餐點都很美味。這裡的酸辣醬味道不如往常，有點苦。儘管如此，我肯定會再次入住綠園飯店，再給他們一次機會。」
