訪訪客The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

服務人員很熱情，不過有點微微推銷，鼓勵我可以透過她預訂行程 or 紀念品，但明確拒絕後就不會再多問；房間很大，放置的水果很甜很好吃，比較可惜的是浴室的水龍頭水量偏小，熱水用不久就不熱了，無法泡澡，而且沒有良好的乾濕分離，在浴缸內沖澡比較容易導致浴缸外也濕掉；地點很不錯，外面就有超市、知名巧克力店、咖啡廳，距離夜間鬧區走路近，總體來說 CP 值很不錯

AAnonymous Guest User非常好,在順化宮附近經濟實惠的酒店,奧戴的前台小姐姐禮貌,處理客人非常專業,房間乾淨,牀質量不錯,在安靜的環境裏睡得很好。早餐非常棒,有幾種Hue當地菜餚作爲自助餐。唯一的問題是浴室東西的對齊。毛巾被放置在離淋浴太近的地方,如果我洗澡很容易溼。而且洗髮水和沐浴露瓶子遠遠超出廁所,我首先甚至不明白他們是洗髮水瓶,我不得不把這些瓶子帶到淋浴房洗澡,他們應該交換毛巾和洗髮水瓶的地方。其他設施沒問題。

JJFO地理位置極為優越，位於順化市中心樞紐 Chu Van An 的斜對面，周圍遍布餐廳、商店和酒吧。飯店雖然有些舊了，但是很乾淨，一切設施都還能正常運作。您需要選擇河邊的房間，那裡的景色很好，而且晚上噪音較小。您可以在面向城市的房間裡欣賞震撼人心的音樂直至凌晨 2 點。
牆壁有點薄，所以吵鬧的鄰居會打擾你。
早餐非常美味而且選擇多樣化。
