The room service was not the best. Stayed for 3 nights and on the 3rd night, the bedsheets were not changed, pillow case changed to a dirty one. Response time is so slow not to mention the lack of amenities like an iron box or basic WI-FI connection. Most of the waiters were really nice and helpful but one specific one was so indifferent. The food was good but as for the accommodation, I would not recommend. No actual slippers provided so you have to shower without because they offer paper slippers. Terrible terrible service. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

Our stay here was great, nice atmosphere, very good and clean rooms. The location of the hotel is good and easily accessible. Foid services was good though it took longer. Food might arrive cold sometimes. Generally a good place to stay.
