Actually my phone are missing, i do realize when i arrive at hotel. Unfurtunately, they not allow me to check in, at first cause i cannot give them my booking no. I was really exhausted during that time. How does the hotel take the booking from system, if this situation will happened in future? Do the hotel only depends on customer booking nomber, that was told by them? How can they do not have all the customer details from the system? The hotel needs to know all the customer's details if they make a room reservation in system, maybe by checking the ID card or email. Overall all ok, only thats issue
