堤道灣酒店(Causeway Bay Hotel)

The bar was closed the pool was closed. Weight room closed. Because of covid still. They r taking it a little too far. The rooms were clean. The workers were very nice.

This property was not at all what it appeared from the photos. At one time, this was probably a great hotel. It is not that any longer. We did not feel very safe. The parking area was sketchy at best. The back doors weren't secured and the area you walked into was very dark and one did not feel safe. The room reeked of cigarette smoke as did the linens. When I checked in, the receptionist was pleasant and did her job. Interestingly enough, I prepaid for my night here and it was $125. When I was shown the bill, it was only $95 so I'm not sure where the extra $30 went.... While this place is close to MSU, I would not recommend staying here.

How in the hell can you charge $120 a night and not have any cable tv, not even basic cable...said they only have an antenna. ***that should be in the booking info I would not have booked it had I known

En realidad solo fue para dormir, y las 3 noches que pase, no hacen la limpieza del cuarto ni siquiera me cambiaron toallas cuando llame pidiendo a la recepción, alomejor no entendí el tipo de servicio. No hay servicio como en los hoteles. Pero si está comodo para descansar.

The property itself was clean however, rooms smelled like smoke. Brought this to the attention of the stafff and nothing was done. Asked for air freshener for my room and nothing. All amenities were closed. Ice machine out of service in entire building. There were no garage cans in the hotel lobby there was a large commercial style bin placed in conference hall for trash.Ned skirts were torn and was visibly shown.

It was the nastiest place i have ever stayed in. This is no hotel its a very very bad motel at best. Everything was gross. Its not safe there either.

The pool was not open nor was dinning. Parking was unusual bc there was not parking close to the front which made loading and unloading difficult.

Bed was amazingly comfortable. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and continental breakfast was shut down. This was a bummer. Room was pretty uncleanliness. Mirrors were dirty. Tile was clearly not moped. Carpet was soiled. Shower had hair in it. Trim and fixtures were super dusty. It’s a beautiful hotel that is slowly going down the crap shoot!

Wow, this place really sucks. It has a very crazy "The Shining" feel to it. It's massive, dated and unkempt. Cons: pool is closed Weight room is closed Complimentary breakfast is closed. Their shuttle service, I found out, was an amusing myth amongst the staff.(non existant but listed as another amenity) Trying to watch tv takes you back to the 80's, no basic cable, no espn. Nothing (lights,tv, clock) was plugged in. Blinds are all janky and off rail. Ice machine doesn't work. Lobby smells like someone curled a dirty tail and left it there a couple weeks. elevator smells a lil like old vomit. Everywhere you go, it smells like ****. (Not judging) All tile floors were sticky Lots of stained carpets Pros: They let us check in early Staff was cooler than expected The courtyard/fish pond is nice
