The room was very nice and comfortable. However, they charged me an additional fee even though I pre-paid for the room. This is unacceptable. I paid in full four months in advance. Then when I try to check out they say I owe more money. Will be filing a BBB complaint on this hotel.

It was a peaceful place. I enjoyed my stay. The sunrise was beautiful there this morning.

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

Everything was great from the staff from the rooms being clean nice comfortable everything work but the only thing they still have DirecTV and no movie channels on Netflix when I stay in the hotel I like to watch movies

When I booked this room, I had expectations that one would expect when booking a major name and a room that was the highest priced in this locale. I was greatly disappointed. The place only appeared to have 2 employees; both probably teenagers with little experience at their job. The room had several spots on wall and floor trim that needed painting, caulking, etc. There was a signfiicant stain red stain be the bed that, at first, I mistook for blood. The ice machine was out of order on our floor, along with one of the elevators. The other elevator was very slow and jerky; causing concern. The breakfast buffet the next morning was absolutely the worst that I had ever seen. Again, a teenage mail employee was the only one working the kitchen. The main selection was link sausage which was only cooked on one side. The other side was raw. The scrambled eggs were so overcooked, that there were brown burn spots all over them.. We decided to cut our losses and left without eating, choosing instead to go across the street to McDonalds. Again, HORRIBLE franchise for Holiday Inn.

This Holiday Inn stay was near perfect! We had reserved a King Suite on the top floor, which was spacious, comfy and generally clean. The one oddity was that the living room lacked a TV. The highlight was the truly outstanding water pressure in the shower - it might have been the best I've experienced in the entire US. The breakfast was also delicious and well-stocked, making for an overall excellent experience.

The rooms were large and clean. The staff was excellent and I received a late checkout at no additional cost. This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. This will be my go to location next time I’m in town.

Very clean hotel. We received a free upgrade to a king suite. The room was huge. Bathroom was good. Buffet breakfast was the usual. Unfortunately nothing much for a person with a gluten allergy. I would not stay in this town again. We could not find a restaurant offering dinner with GF options. Even Chili’s which supposedly does have a GF menu said they didn’t. We ended up Going to a grocery store.

This is a terrible hotel. There was a homeless woman sleeping in the corner of the lobby with hotel sheets and blankets on top of her. When I notified the front desk person, she shrugged and asked what I wanted her to do. I told her to call management and then the police. I think she called a manager. Not sure what action was done. Hotel desk clerk did not come around the counter to see what was going on. I had to confront the homeless person who confirmed that she did not have a room at the hotel and that she was homeless. I told her she could not sleep in the lobby. When checking out this morning, the day desk clerk had no knowledge of the problem. The night desk person had not told her about the issue. This problem was witnessed by me in person at approximately 7:15 PM on October 3, 2022.
