Plenty of dirt and sand in the corners of the bathroom. No sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, had to go to the desk to get them ourselves after calling down to request them. Body wash in the shower was empty. Housekeeping/staff super loud outside of our door in the morning. The cost for this hotel was $150 more than the 5 star hotel we stayed at in Green Bay the previous night and extremely disappointing compared to any other holiday inn express we have ever stayed in.

Everything was great, but we did have concerns about the pool. We walked in to a over 90 degree pool room. Our eyes immediately burned before we got in the water. No air or ventilation. The water was entirely over chemical treated. Entirely more chlorine than needed or required. Our kids faces, eyes, and mouths burned upon entering the water. We couldn’t sit in the pool house so we sat in the tables outside. It was not healthy.

New hotel in my hometown. It was a bit pricey this weekend (event in city), but our stay was great. Katelyn, at the front desk was phenomenal and funny. She is great at what she does, and knows customer service.

I'm so glad we chose this hotel for our girlfriends getaway. So very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A big shout out of gratitude to Asst. Manager Kristin who told us about her favorite Mexican restaurant. It was fantastic! This hotel is off the main road so you're not getting all the traffic sounds. The beds were so comfy and we loved the seating area of the suite. The free breakfast was the standard buffet of pre-made omelets, make your own pancakes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, and an assor**ent of yogurts, fruits and juices. It was a great start to our shopping day.

Nice, modern finishes. Hotel is surrounded by trees so is very peaceful. Doesn’t have trails or sidewalks so going for a walk is difficult. Only complaint is the hallway noise is noticeable but no sounds from adjoining rooms.

Newer hotel with large, modern rooms and a friendly staff. Easy check-in and a free breakfast is always appreciated!

Great experience all around. Everything looked shiny and clean and pretty new. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was decent.
