舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Michigan City)

There was no one at the desk in the evening and morning. You had to ring bell before someone came. Coffee was very weak. Breakfast was not stocked. Looked like left from day before as is. Orange juice came out as water. Usually stay at Comfort Inns because of certain standard. This felt more like a 2 star hotel.

We went through 3 rooms and each one had an issue.107 had mold in the window and on the skirt of the mattress and the room smelled horrible like they were trying to cover up something, 108 had a damn snail in the window like how in the world?! And room 209 was just as bad bed bugs on the wall… we left so fast. The kicker is the front desk worker had on gloves he was prepping the hotels breakfast food with and he came to each room with us with them on and we kept reminding him to change them!!!! We were concerned for other guest and let them know what happened and they cancelled their reservations!! All hotels on Franklin St are HORRIBLE AND DIRTY

I cant beleive ******* would host such a bad property. It was such a bad experience that I will never go back there. Exoedia over charged for this room that had a roof top for a view. The room was old, smelly, and it had a lot of mold in the shower. Walking to and from my room, the mold smell got worse and worse. Not only that, the so called suite they put me in was surpposed to closed off for repair, sunday morning as I was sleep staff was walking in my room. Please stay away from this hotel. One could easily see that the managment and the dtaff does not care about their guest nor the property. The smell of mold and wet carpet are all through out. They had a fan down stair that was blowing for 48 hours or more. This property has cheap owners, and uncaring staff. The night time male staff was extremely rude, and he should not be there. All I know is that i took plenty of video and pictures and will post of social media. People should not subject to such a bad experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. Not only did they put us in a dirty room when we first checked in but I have been double charged for my stay. Once through Orbitz and again by the hotel on the card I used for accidentals. I have called and told it was corrected but still no credit on my account. Crazy how much they charge. Awful experience.

Tried to check in early and front desk person was rude told check in was 4:00 then she walked away Came back at 3;30 rang the bell twice and no answer Came back in at 3:45 and different clerk said that housekeeper had not checked in There were only 3 cars in the parking lot

Bathroom sink drains too slow. Bathroom door hinges were unstable iron did not work and iron board legs were missing screw to secure board and board was at an angle iron could slide off! But again iron did not work. Bed was extremely comfortable

Bathroom and entry way floor was dirty. Shower had hair in it . People hanging out along front side of hotel. Looked with drunk or high. For the money I paid I expected a more updated room. Breakfast area floor and tables were dirty. Never again!

Property was completely unkept with overgrown ****s. The interior was moldy and dehumifiers running everywhere. Would not work with changing booking due to death in family. Did not feel safe in the first nvironment.

The first room tub was dirty. The second room we were sent to was being worked on. The third room was much better. The guy at the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant.
