Bon accueil et hôtel propre Hôtel propre avec un bon accueil. La literie est bonne. Il mériterait un rafraîchissement ( baignoire tachée..).

The staff was amazing very polite and helpful. I had daily issues with the keys not working on the property or to my room also got covered in bug bites that welted up almost looks like a spider bite itches like crazy

Rooms were great!!! Staff was amazing!!! They were very sweet and very knowledgeable about the schools and when to book the rooms for graduations!!!! I will be coming back!!!

Not worth the price we paid. Uncomfortable beds, bedding was thin, heard every noise and person, outdated.

We had an issue with our room and the agent went out of her way and solved the issue without hassle. Thank you!

The food was cold, and not sure what the "scrambled eggs" were exactly. The boiled eggs were pealed which made them rubberly.

This hotel had great reviews and probably the rest of the rooms are fine and we just got that one bad room, but it wasn’t great at all. There was such a bad stain and sitting water in the bathtub that I literally thought somebody had thrown up in it. It also had a smell. The toilet seat and all the pictures on the wall were crooked and when I went to dry my hands on the towel rack, the bar fell off. Our sink took FOREVER to drain! The pool was freezing cold and my kids were so disappointed about that. The one saving grace for me was that the staff were so sweet and courteous. No complaints at all about them! However, given all the other hotel options in town, we will sadly never stay here again.

Clean room ,Friendly staff, no hot tube ,breakfast was really good i just dint recommend to go around 9:30 because the lady start picking up everything and you probably find the fridege locked and stuff already take it away lol .

Beds were not made well. Looked like someone was rolling around or sitting on them. Bed skirts were dirty & wrinkled and the floor could have used vacuuming. Staff was courteous &allowed me to change rooms because in addition the phone did not work. But the 2 nd room was in the same condition. At least the phone worked in this room.
