Make sure you do not miss the homemade breakfasts, they are fantastic. Rooms were very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate that they clean the rooms daily without having to ask for it, really helps with two young kids.

Amazing Staff. Comfortable rooms. I would recommend. I was there for business but would go back for leisure, the pool area is a great place to unwind. The breakfast served each morning, is great and the ladies that serve breakfast are sweet. Location of the hotel is excellent, close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

My family and I were looking for a cozy and inexpensive place to stay as we were here for a quick trip to help a family member out with medical problems back home. The outside look of the hotel is unsuspecting, but the inside is quite nice. Even though the parking lot was full at night time, it was very quiet. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The beds were very plush and there were plenty of soft pillows and heavy blankets. This location is set us like a motel. We felt pretty safe and had great restful nights.

Finding good room match with my needs was very important to me. The breakfast offered although limited choices were made with care and was delicious. Matching the local cuisine and mimicking food offered around the hotel saved me time and money

The Best Western Hotel located on Loop 20 before Doctor’s Hospital is the best place to stay if you want to feel at home and safe. The hotel is awesome from the exterior to the interior not to mention the comfortable beds and the breakfast is like no other. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful always. If looking for a place to stay in Laredo for 1 day or longer look no more than this hotel, Best Western San Isidro Inn. Oh, the shopping is just up the street from the hotel, too!

Very Good experience, friendly staff and adequate services for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the coffee from the pods is added points the gym swimming pool are also welcome addition, the breakfast is HOT AND Freshly made not a buffet

Stay was great and felt safe even slept very well. Arriving in the middle of the night can sometimes be a little sketchy, but my experience here was above and beyond safe. I arrived late due to a storm holding us back a little longer than normal. Yet, I arrived safe and just wanted to rest. Check-in was quick and my room was ready with no issues. Slept very peaceful because the area was quiet and felt well rested in the morning. Everything from the bed, pillows, and A/C was perfect. Felt right at home.

My family when we travel to Laredo, we always stay at this particular Best Western. We have never had a bad experience at this one. Everyone is always so nice and pleasant. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is excellent.

Front desk assistant was extremely polite and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean , had a great rest . And is situated with everything at hand food shopping gas . Will definitely be coming back

Not sure what’s going on with this hotel, there’s no cars in the parking lot (2 o 3 maybe) there’s no people anywhere to be seen (besides the guy on the second floor hallway smoking) you go downstairs to have breakfast and they tell you they don’t have (what they have on the menu for the day) they said they run out.. you look at the list of guests that have breakfast before you and you only see 3 names..?!? If you go to the reception area you can see there’s a no vacancy sign. Here is advertising that if you ask for them to clean the room they will clean it… not true, and even when you insist they go to your room take trash out, change towels and don’t even touch the bed…. Not sure if the issue is they don’t have people to clean rooms and cook or is just a place to laundry money. The place doesn’t look nothing like the pictures from the outside, actually looks better like they did a renovation but..they didn’t renovate the rooms sadly. The receptionist will call you to let you know that you need to leave by 11:00am. There’s much better places around, this people don’t care to have costumer’s.

Picked this from TA reports and not disappointed . Looked a bit old fashioned but staff at reception good, room excellent and had quality sleep. Located on the outskirts of Laredo but only 10 mins from all usual ***** restaurants. Beautiful swimming pool. Free parking.

Pool not working. Uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Staff: efficient but apathetic. Type of room requested: not respected. Room lighting insufficient. AC didn’t keep room cool. We had stayed here six times previously since 2019 and had good experience.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was delicious and the beds were super comfy! The hotel is in the perfect location and I would definitely stay there again! Great job, San Isidro!

Great swimming pool. Pathetic breakfast- two tacos or egg biscuit sandwich. Perhaps due to COVID there was no buffet. This information was not on website, unless I missed it. Masks not enforced- guests or employees. Rooms cleaned every third day. Ours was not and I had to ask three times. Overflowing trash and I asked for it to be emptied. They said there was no maintenance working and it would have to wait til next day. I demanded it be emptied for hygiene purposes. They agreed. Let’s see if they do. Poorest BW I ever stayed at.
