Best location in Larnaca. Close to the marina, stores and main reato at a walking distance. Reception staff Irene and Georges are very helpful and nice service. Also from the breakfast the lady Jeet was very friendly and smiling. Will go again for sure.

My feelings about this hotel crystallised after returning home. We stayed for two nights. I did not realise at the time, but while there I was going down with pneumonia; hence I felt ill. On the morning of leaving the hotel we packed, and as usual checked the room carefully. However, probably due to feeling unwell, I did not notice that we had left a kindle charger plugged into a socket. On returning home I immediately phoned reception to ask if they had it. Without asking, the guy on the desk started asking if I had left our luggage unattended. With little grace, he eventually went to see if they had it. He told me the cleaning staff had handed it in and they had it at the desk. I asked them to keep it for us as we could not pop in to collect it for a couple of weeks. Because of being seriously ill, that two weeks became four weeks. The day before collecting it, my husband phoned and was told they did have it. However, when visiting the hotel the next day the reception said they knew nothing about it. All that was there was a cable of ours. The device had gone; presumably stolen. To date they have not contacted us to offer an apology or even to speak to us. I would rather sleep on the street than stay there again.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It’s walking distance to the beach promenade and main attractions and 10 minutes from Larnaca airport. Rooms are clean and well furnished and comfortable although a bit on the small side they are still perfectly suited. Noise isolation is a bit of an issue depending on your neighbors, but walls are thin. Balcony in our room was really tight, but it’s still nice to have one and is useable. Parking is available. Breakfast was delicious, and well varied. Coffee was superb. Very nicely designed breakfast area and bar area. There were a few issues though that they can work on: There aren’t enough sockets in the room. In this day and age where you have to charge multiple devices this is quite an issue. Only one bottle of water is provided, they don’t provide one on daily basis, which is unusual for hotels, especially when they’re providing free coffee and tea on daily basis.

OMG where do I start? A FANTASTIC little hotel just off the beach on a side street slap bang in the centre of Larnaca in the Finikoudes beach area and in Larnaca's old town. Absolutely, frigging, marvellously fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, the hotel super clean, the room huge and also, surprisingly SUPER CLEAN. It was absolutely spotless - whoever they have hired to clean the rooms does outstanding work. If I could bring them back to the UK to clean my own home, then well, how great would that be? There is fast Wi-fi, modern bathrooms with superb power showers and the room, for the budget prices it offers, has a wonderful selection of milk, tea and coffee. However, what is most surprisingly of all is the superb, efficient and excellent customer service provided by the manageress named Nadia. Not only is she one of the most pleasant hotel staff members I have ever come across but she is astute, assertive and extremely efficient, having helped me sort through a few hotel and non-hotel travel arrangements without hesitation. This excellent customer service, coupled with a bright, modern, fresh, efficient and superbly clean (almost hospital clean) hotel, confirms that Hai hotel IS my number one place to stay every time I visit Cyprus. Without question. Without hesitation. I will certainly be returning next year and look forward to staying in one of its wonderful rooms and dealing with their wonderful staff. Never felt the need to complain about a hotel stay up until now. We stayed with Onisillos Hotel from March 9th to the 11th and it was well and truly the worst experience ive ever had staying at a hotel. The windowsill in bathroom was vile, rotten and falling apart. Loose tiles in all parts of the room on floor and walls. We had to request to have the hot water turned on in our room for a shower and then the manager pressured us into having a shower quickly so he could turn it back off again. He kept complaining that every time the expensive part from the boiler breaks when people shower, he needs to order the part from Italy and will bill the customers for this. On the Friday morning we showered and then left our room for breakfast and to go and have a swim in the beach, when we came back to our room, we asked for the hot water to be turned back on so we could wash and get changed for the evening. The manager at first denied us having a second shower until I said we'd been in the sea and I need a shower to wash off the sand and salt... I was disgusted by him even denying us a shower when we were paying guests. The shower itself was broken and not fixed to the wall, had low pressure and the water was lukewarm at best even when boiler was supposedly turned on. Our TV had a Greek plug with a UK plug socket on the wall so we were unable to use the television. When we addressed this with the manager, he asked if we could speak Greek as this is the only language on local TV so don't worry about the TV if we cannot. Room was filthy under the beds/tables and we found mess under every bed including a water bottle in the bottom of the sofa bed with an expiry date from 2 years ago! Had to hand in our key when we went out in the evening which I've never had to do at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel was generally old and dilapidated. All in all would avoid staying here. Awful.

Loving it here in lock down went to see a local doctor today by the name of Harold Shipman he gave me the local jab I said doctor Shipman will I survive he said of cause you will your not over 65 got to see him in 12 weeks time for another jab loving it here at the hotel so friendly nice and clean WiFi is so good cleaner's are very good I can't say nothing bad why is it when I say I could murder a pint everyone runs off I feel like I am at home I've got plenty of head and shoulders in the bath room can't wait for lock down to lift so I can see my mate jack the ripper best hotel the sunflower is

我在火烈鳥住得很好,乾淨,整潔,離市區不遠,離機場步行40分鐘,海灘只是過馬路,位置很棒,只有WiFi在房間裏不工作,你必須通過接待區下樓梯,甚至酒店外面工作,前台接待員非常樂於助人,我在午夜後凌晨1:00入住,根本沒有問題。

太棒了!房間很乾淨,牀很舒服,毛巾很可愛,淋浴很熱,壓力很好。早餐非常美味,物有所值!我吃了烤羊肉,我丈夫傳統烹飪,我的母親在法律上吃了 halloumi奶酪。工作人員真的很友好和善良!肯定會推薦。

We stayed for one week in this hotel. Our experience was excellent. Our room was big and spacious, with nice view to the sea. Maidens used to clean our room every day. The breakfast was very delicious made from fresh local ingredients. I really enjoyed ”mpourekia anaris”. The staff were kind and always helpful. We also used the Spa services of the hotel, who strongly recommend. The pool and beach area is well organised and nice to spend your day. Moreover there is plenty of space to park your car inside hotel area.
