Pernottato dal 30 aprile al 4 maggio, stanza 003 piano terra. Stanza sporca sia al check in che nei giorni successivi. Trovate cucarache (blatte) in stanza, una addirittura riportata a casa (morta) nello zaino. Abbiamo girato molto in africa e asia ma livelli di pulizia cosi bassi, mai trovati. Terribile.

Sencillo,comodo,limpio,excelente atención,buen precio,queda todo cerca,playas,supermercados,restaurantes,centro comercial. Lo recomiendo 100% Para los que quieren ahorrar con respecto a los precios de la comida vaya al delivery del Corte Inglés,comida a buen precio y deliciosa

¡Llevamos muchos años viniendo a esta instalación porque es genial! Además de estar muy cerca de Las Canteras, es una estructura bien renovada y muy limpia. El personal es profesional y amable y el apartamento está equipado con todos los servicios y comodidades. Limpieza diaria y perfecta. ¡Nos sentimos como en casa! Gracias de todo corazón y hasta pronto.

Disfrutamos una semana en el ático, una maravilla tanto las instalaciones como el servicio. El ático esta reformado y con un obsequio de bienvenida. Tiene un aparcamiento a 5 minutos que con convenio con el apartahotel y muy buen precio.

Céntrico, muy confortable y la atención del personal maravilloso. La limpieza genial, incluso nos dejaron toallas y sombrillas para ir a la playa. Tiene aire acondicionado que es supernecesario.Repetiremos seguro

Apartamento super completo, artículos de desayuno gratis, excelente ubicación, a un minuto de la playa las canteras, buena limpieza, nada ruidoso. Javier nos dio todo tipo de explicación sobre bares, lugares de interés, autobuses, etc. Sin duda una estancia de diez.

Nice modern room. Surrounded by buildings on all sides so the room feels claustrophobic. Yes it's close to the beach but not the good end. The promenade feels run down. Although we paid couldn't stay here for 6 days so moved hotels. So glad we did.

Nice modern clean room with some nice touches like providing slippers. However, the room has a claustrophobic feel with no natural light unless you open the door. You are surrounded by buildings on all sides. Having never been LP before we didnt know much about the beach area. Yes this hotel is 400m from the beach but this end of the promenade feels neglected and run down. Despite paying full price we felt it was too depressing to stay for 6 days. We booked a hotel at the other end of Las Canteras and I'm so glad we did. Lovely hotel, sea view, lovely beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Obviously a lot more expensive.

Just back after two weeks in las Palmas where we stayed at this lovely apartment which was spotlessly clean,very comfortable beds , very quite and right beside the beach . Loads of shops Mercadona,Superdino etc nearby which is handy for self-catering in the well equipped kitchen. Also plenty restaurants to choose from. Very close to Santa Catalina bus station where there is a regular service to the airport for roughly 3 euro. Thanks to Javier and his lovely staff, Highly recommended

From the bed to the bathroom and the kitchenette, everything was nice and clean. I originally booked for two weeks and spontaneously stayed another week. I felt comfortable and safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

Loved our week stay at these apartments which are very close to the beach! We stayed in a superior studio and it was more than adequate for what we wanted, nice and clean with a massive bed! Everything you need to cook a small meal if you wanted including a microwave however we didn't want that so never used, Dolce gusto coffee maker and a few pods provided however I have seen people moan that they didn't top up when the room is cleaned!! Don't be soft it's a 2 star hotel the local Dino supermarket sells then for €3.50 for 14... We were provided with a few snacks and 2 small bottles of water which was a nice touch also don't bother with shower gel as it's provided in the shower already(nice smell too) slippers and tooth brush also provided. If you want your room cleaned there is a switch on the wall red for don't disturb and green to clean. TV is provided and if you have a Netflix or Amazon account you can add. If you like crystals you will love the reception as it's got loads.. WiFi was bang on no problems whatsoever. The only thing was that some road works was going on a few roads up so I did hear some work going on but it wasn't a problem and definitely wouldn't put me off going here. We loved the place and for the money you are paying it's great. Also 24hr corner shop on the next road so it's always good if you have the munchies after all the beer.

It is located in a good place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you like to cook here they are well equipped, although gastronomic offers abound in the area. The cleanliness is amazing. I would gladly return. I recommend it 100%.

I loved this hotel, super clean, friendly helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Comfy beds, brilliant air con, great shower. Small kitchenette has a coffee machine with coffee pods provided, an electric kettle and 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge. Ideal if you want to prepare breakfast , a snack or light meal. 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful promenade for walking , cycling. Great beach for sufing , sports or sunbathing.Lots of shops restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance in the surrounding streets as well as on the sea front. I would definitely book this hotel again. We had a problem with the safe in the room which was fixed immediately. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay

It's 2 star but room feels like 4 star, really nice. I would go back here again
