Una auténtica estafa: Nos dejaron sin habitación. Tendiendo la reserva abonada con la confirmación del hotel, a la llegada del viernes tarde nos indican que la habitación está vendida, debido a una supuesta anulación por la mañana. Después de tener que demostrar que no se había producido cancelación por nuestra parte , sino l discurso cambio, ahora la culpa es del sistema informático. Está claro que vendieron la habitación 2 veces. Después de 2 horas de reclamaciones conseguimos que nos reubicarán en otro hotel, bastante lejos de la zona de Triana, con todos los inconvenientes que eso supone. Las disculpas fueron bastante flojas, puesto qué arruinaron un fin de semana especial. estamos a la espera nos reintegren el importe íntegro además de recibir las disculpas de algún responsable, no las del chico de recepción. Repito, nos ha parecido Una auténtica estafa.

Hotel excepcional. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y seguiré repitiendo en mis próximas vistas a la ciudad. Ubicado en el barrio histórico al lado de la catedral, ofrece unos servicios exquisitos. La amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal la encuentras en pocos establecimientos. Hago mención en este viaje a Pablo que atiende los desayunos con gran profesionalidad y con gran mimo y calidad en todos los productos y presentaciones. El personal de recepción y limpieza son un 10. Un gusto hospedarse allí!! Dejo algunas fotos de la estancia.

La experiencia en cuanto la trato y alojamiento es muy buena,no te tengo nada malo que decir. En cuanto al olor que sale desde el sumidero del baño es otra cosa,porque por la mañana ,no sé si es debido a la marea baja, ese olor si que es desagradable y bastante incómodo. Aparte de eso,la insonorización de las hab itaciones deja mucho que desear,ya que se escucha desde la habitación de al lado la radio y conversaciones que mantienen.

Pesimo para ser un 4 estrellas. Yo le daría 0 estrellas. Yo estuve en la habitación 208 era con muy poca luminizacion. La limpieza muy mal echa todos los días. Muquet con un mal olor, ducha con costra negra en las esquinas. Mala mantención en la habitación.

Un acogedor hotel en el centro de la ciudad. La limpieza es excelente, el entorno mágico y el trato del personal exquisito y profesional. La azotea un rincón súper especial donde disfrutar de una copa y un picoteo. Sin duda, un acierto.

Stayed for 5 nights and couldn’t fault it. Friendly and helpful staff, and I really enjoyed the breakfast each day. Room (deluxe) had everything I needed, loved the toiletries, coffee machine and having Netflix available on the tv. Rooftop pool was great for cooling off after a day sightseeing. The location is great for the old town plus close to the bus station for getting to the beach and around the island. No issues with noise as mentioned in some other reviews (I took ear plugs in case but never needed them!)

Stayed here for a week to celebrate my husband’s birthday . Everything about the hotel is lovely , our room was very quiet ( inner room ),very comfy beds , clean , lovely modern decor with very nice toiletries!!. Fab rooftop pool with a great atmosphere. Staff very friendly, decorated the room for my husband’s bday . Had bfast just once which was worth the money then went to some little cafes nearby which were very cheap . Would recommend a stay here !!!

Everything was perfect. Lovely room with comfortable bed and bed linen. Great roof terrace with swimming pool and bar. The location is perfect for Triana and Vegueta. Difficult to access by car to drop off luggage. In the end we walked 10 minutes from the car park with suitcases.

Lovely clean hotel in a good location to many restaurants.We stayed for 2 nights pre cruise .We had booked a deluxe room and although it was very nice it faced the street which was extremely noisey most of the night and unfortunately our window didn’t close properly.Next morning we asked if possible to change to a classic room which are internal and therefore solved the noise issue.Both rooms were extremely comfortable with comfy beds and good bathroom.Would recommend the classic room for a more peaceful nights sleep.The rooftop area was lovely to chill at and enjoy an evening drink and relax during the day on the lovely sun loungers. Would return to this hotel but definitely book the classic room.The 2 lady receptionists we dealt with were very friendly and helpful but found the male receptionist on check out very unfriendly and not very obliging when we requested him to book a taxi.We were a party of 6 in 3 rooms and he obviously didn’t enjoy his job and it showed in his attitude.

Well appointed bedroom (Deluxe) with lots of toiletries provided. Bed/pillows very comfortable. TV has Netflix/Prime. Breakfast was good - it is billed as continental and there was more choice than expected. The best part of the hotel is also the worst - location. Room was at street level and there is constant noise at night from bars and to-ing and fro-ing to the rooftop bar. Take ear plugs. Also, as i was ground floor, I rarely drew the curtains back and yes, the room is a little dark. However, you are very close to the high street/shops/restaurants/cafes. Also bus station if you want to get to a beach. The old town (museums and galleries) is only a couple of mins walk. So it is an ideal position for a short city break if you just need a hotel for (rainfall) shower and sleep. 20-25 mins from the airport.

Staying at this hotel now and it's photos certainly live up to my expectations, deluxe rooms are fantastic, Aircon quiet and ice cold if that's what you want. Lovely chilled rooftop pool and a bar that opens late afternoon used by local Canarians. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town las palmas so some street noise is expected but if you want lovely restaurants, culture and shopping on you're doorstep you won't be disappointed. And the Breakfast is fantastic. Ps walk out the front door and eat at the bocadillo place opposite, amazing.

We got a day pass whilst visiting the Old Town. Giovanni Alejandro was looking after us. Red carpet treatment all the way, absolute luxury and attentive service. He made us feel like royalty. The wine was amazing, the food, the pool, the music. Absolute paradise. Thank you!!!

We stayed here for one night after a cruise. It was difficult to find with a taxi. In the end the taxi driver reversed up a street to where the hotel was. We got there early and had to leave our luggage as the room was not available until 2pm. The hotel is the old part of Las Palmas. We went out and the hotel rung us to say the room was ready. We got back to hotel around 1.30 and was given the key. The hotel seems very modern and the rooms are OK. Lighting was an issue and it was very dark even with lights on. The shower was good if you were staying longer there would not be room for clothes as the wardrobe was tiny. There is a couple restaurants close by where we had lunch. There is a nice area on the top of the hotel with a pool and bar. Good sun loungers and chairs and table. The bar opens at 4pm and there was a lot of local people coming up to have a drink. Receptionist recommended a restaurant for dinner but when we arrived nobody spoke English and the English menu was in pigeon English. We paid for our drinks and left. We went back to the hotel after walking around to find somewhere and she suggested another one and rang and booked us in. This was better but if you don’t speak Spanish it seems practically impossible in this part of town. It was ok for one night or if you were on a weekend city break but not for a beach holiday. The breakfast was awful. It was in a small area which was hot. Things were running out all the time. We were shocked when the lady in the breakfast room put out frozen ring doughnuts and was surprised when we took them back. I am sure it would be better to go out for breakfast as this was not good.

We loved this hotel!!! The rooftop pool/bar was a great way to end a day of sightseeing, and the proximity to the bus station made travel around the island so simple. Isaac, at the front desk, spoke flawless English (yes, I know I should have worked on my Spanish before the trip), and had great restaurant recommendations for us. We did day trips most days, then headed up for a quick dip and Mojito before heading out to dinner. Perfect stay in Gran Canaria!
