Price was much better than other rooms, place was clean and the stay was comfortable. Would go again despite a few inconveniences. It was like staying in a non-special VRBO or like a friend's guest room, except I didn't see any people. Bathroom down the hall at that door. Space heater here you can plug in if you get cold. Room not centrally heated apparently but not too cold. Bathroom was cold at night, so I went over there an hour before I showered and plugged the space heater in. Figured if someone was in the other room they'd appreciate that. With no sink/mirror in the room itself, I was down the hall again to put on my makeup. Furnishings all clean & new, nothing special. Gave me a code to the outside door. I rolled the gate closed behind my car. Arrival was complex: Parked, lady said that's her spot, reparked. Then guy came out & said to go to other house 2 blocks away, guy there would tell me where to park, waited in front of other house, after a while guy directed me to park around back, showed me room. No credit card reader, so gave me QR code to web site to enter my payment info myself. Somehow I liked the relative informality. I felt comfortable with the people and the place.

I never stayed at the property. When I drove there through the worst neighborhood in the area I called to get access and was told I needed to pay the 25 cleaning and 100 deposit. I told him that was what I was trying to do and was accused of being rude and called a cheap brat that he didnt need to help.I hung up on him and he called me back to continue to insult me.

They asked a additional $100 deposit. $25 $100. Even though the site said nothing about this, they say it did. Add a additional $125 to stay here. This is taking advantage of tourism!

I'm in between homes right now and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while I got things together. I was first booked in the bottom floor room, which was perfectly adequate, cozy and very clean. However they were in the midst of construction outside and it really messed with me for a day. The next day, I asked Josue how long it would go on for. About an hour later he offered me the nicer room at the same price which was on the floor above so I wouldn't have to deal with the noise. The room above is bigger, very comfortable, very clean and had a restful stay while I was there from that moment on. Everything is very clean there and I tip my hat to them for that. It's not a motel proper, but a house that's been converted to receive guests. Electronic locks everywhere, so I felt very secure. The showers even have complimentary soap and shampoo from a dispenser. Individual climate control for the rooms. The area is a bit seedy, but their prices are the lowest in town to reflect the location. The immediate surroundings of the motel itself are just regular families who mind their own business. I stayed there for 3 weeks had no issues. I'd recommend it and Josue is honest and easy to talk to and he will take the extra step to accommodate you.

This was the cheapest hotel in vegas. We got here a day early and just wanted cheap place to crash. We were skeptical but pleasantly surprised. The people were very nice and the room was very clean. It was a shared bathroom which it did state. Truly the only thing I found was paper towels in the bathroom and maybe a lamp. This was a great place if u are looking for cheap. I will probably stay here again.

didn't even get to stay here but got charged anyway, my flight landed around 9pm and I was told after I booked I wouldn't be able to check in and then I was not able to cancel for a refund person I talked with was very unprofessional and was not at all helpful would never attempt to stay here again and will not be using ******* to book any future trips as they were also very unhelpful in getting me a refund which was clearly deserved since I didn't even stay here. clearly don't care about customer service in the least and are just out to screw people out of money

Ok primeramente yo hise la reservacion a prisa no me detuve a leer las especificaciones lo cual al llegar a lugar fue poco desagradable Pero el anfitrion nos brindó una trato excelente la propiedad en si es una casa esta un poco vieja pero aceptable por el precio

Good for the fly. Heaters didn't work. Cold rooms. Great service 👏

Comfortable stay... Awesome property managers. Would definitely stay again.
