They entered my room when I had left a do not disturbed sign on the door. And entered my room anyways after I had left for a hour. They didn't make my bed but they brought in new towels and moved some of my belongings. They also stated they would comp me the room half of which they didn't and I'm still in the process of even getting deposit back. Which I haven't received either. And it's been a month now and still nothing

This was our second time here. Loved our first time. This time was different. Our room was good accept that we had a handicap accessible bathroom and there was no where to put anything like your toothbrush. When you shower, the entire floor gets water all over. The ****** machines were tight and staff is not very friendly. Restaurant service was slow and they only have one size coffee (12 oz) with no cup carrier if you have more than two cups to-go. Only has lipton tea bags. The worst part was that we asked for a late check-out, an extra hour (wanted to check-out at noon, instead of 11am) and they charged us $20, plus tax. If we wanted a checkout after noon they would have charged us an entire night's stay. With so many places to stay, we will be looking for another hotel next time.

Dislikes: The room (carpet, vents, and walls) was very dusty; there were spiders. There was no coffee pot. I would just make sure that rooms given to new guests had been deeply cleaned prior to arrival. The dust on the bathroom vent and bedroom walls were a key sign that the room hadn't been used in awhile. Likes: It had a refrigerator; the shower and bathroom was nice. Housekeeping came each day which was great. Nice large TV.

This was a quiet property once inside. The area around property is a bit sketch. The young woman who checked us in had the personality of a paper towel. The rest made up for it. The diner is so going into a time capsule but so right. Staff was so helpful and friendly and always good food and suggestions. This is the go to hotel for older trackers hands down I plan to return and bring my grandma as she would love it here.

We checked in and our room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We changed rooms and the second room had the same problem, although a bit milder. The rooms were advertised as non-smoking. We informed the front desk that we were leaving. I had to ask the worker there if she wanted to know why-she didn’t seem to care even after I let her know.

The room itself was good. We felt like it could have been vacuumed a little better around the edges. House keeping knocked on our door twice in the 9:00 am hour even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Our room was on the backside of the hotel. Traffic was really loud with the early morning commute. Check in was very disappointing. We drove 7 hours for a concert, so it was 1 am when we arrived at the hotel. We drove 25 minutes out of Las Vegas for this hotel. When we checked in we found out they gave our king room away to someone that walked in that day. I had it reserved 3 weeks in advance. I also reserved a non smoking room, but we smelled cigarette smoke the whole time we were there. They only compensated with a small refund. We won't be staying here again.

Great place but we had issues with the tv/remote not in sync. We went to the front desk several times, replaced remote 3 times, changed our batteries…. Volume was high all the time and then we couldn’t go to bed because it wouldn’t turn off’ ! Ridiculous! Notified manager snd didn’t receive any compensation- disappointed!

Hotel located in front of a worn down trailer park. Homeless people walking through the parking lot. Staff was nice except for 1 the last night there. Room was nice and clean. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the *****. The ****** in the hotel is old and outdated, and the staff there don’t seem to want to do anything. I would recommend staying somewhere on the *****.
