Not a wonderful experience. Hotel is run down and not clean. **** stains remains in toilet bowl and no house cleaning services, no water and there is a restriction of only 2 device for internet access ! Totally outdated with modern times and hotel seems not willing to invest to keep up with modern expectations.
Was locked out my room before checkout and it took me 1 hour to prove that it was my room in order for me to get upstairs to get my stuff .. then security had the nerve to come inside without permission to visuallly inspect my room before even letting me being able to gather my stuff before leaving .. this terrible experience caused me to miss my plane !!! Ill never stay here again !!

This hotel was down right disgusting. I would never stay there again! The room was so dirty. We booked a king bed and when we arrived we were told that is only a “request” and they were unable to accommodate the “request” as they were all sold out. Our room was never cleaned we had to call to the front desk at 4:30 and ask for our room to be cleaned. There is no where for Uber to pick you up and drop you off you have to walk over to the flamingo. There is no pool that you can use again you have to walk over to the flamingo or Cesears. I was disappointed by our stay. No staff even cared that the stat was awful. Do not stay here!

Chambre king size avec réservation sur hôtel.com.On nous annonce a l arrivée qu il y a plus de king size donc que l on nous a affecté sans supplément une chambre avec deux lits Queen size.
Étant en couple avec ma compagne nous voulons absolument un king size .je paye 75 € de supplément pour obtenir une suite avec un king size...
Si la chambre est très spacieuse je demeure déçu par les finitions..seules les deux TV sont neuves mais il a fallu l intervention d un technicien très sympathique au demeurant pendant 20 mm pour avoir du son.
Le cadre du lit est vieux et abîmé la douche avec avec siège handicapé est kitsch ...
Mais alors ce que j ai trouvé inadmissible c est que nous n ayons pas de drap entre la couette et notre peau.( Un seul drap sur le dessus du lit )Le lendemain on nous explique que la société de laverie a eu un incendie et qu il n y avait pas assez de draps.. pour un hôtel du groupe Ceasar je crois rêver..!!
Sinon le personnel est très gentil, l hôtel est très bien placé et a un tarif raisonnable pour le ***** de Vegas. Le personnel du ****** est sympathique et un petit plus nous avons pu profiter du parking jus qu au lendemain a 16 h.
Cet hôtel mérite un peu plus de rénovation que des TV neuves ...le séjour reste mitigé

The Cromwell was beautiful from the moment I entered the building. The lobby is pretty small but I love the aesthetic with the bookshelf behind the counter. My room was beautiful, clean and very spacious, and I loved that the bathroom had a window that opened to let in some fresh air. I was there alone and it was the perfect solo mini vacation.

They gave away our King room, after reserving 3 months prior, very dusty and Wi-Fi never worked. No microwave or fridge in room. Glasses were filthy, we were told we had $25 credit food and beverage credit but was still charged.

Overall the stay was nice. My husband and I enjoyed the ****** and walking the Vegas *****. The room was a bit dated and unkept. The bed was very comfortable. However, the sheets were damp and smelled of mildew. The staff were helpful and kind.

Overall very satisfied with my stay. The staff was friendly upon checkin and provided assistance if I needed anything. FYI - king rooms are first come first serve basis so when I checked in around 9PM, the only available rooms left were rooms with two queens on the 7th floor. It was honestly very spacious, clean and did not disappoint.

The rooms are dark and gloomy. The floors were dirty and sticky and all the furniture was dusty, mirrors had streak marks, bathroom had mold. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t get our room serviced despite asking, if I had not taken towels from the cart in the hall while the cleaners were servicing another room we wouldn’t have had clean towels on day 3.

I have stayed here before and it was great. However, this time around was disgusting the room was filthy dirty as there were dirt, crumbs, I am sure the sheet was not even clean sheets, dust was all over the room, the mirrors looked like they were never wiped down ever from previous, previous guests that stayed there, I went down and shoes the concierge and ask them would you stay and if you think this is okay for any guest and there answers were No and that when they looked at the picture they had no words.

Got to my room at 11:00 pm- at 52 degrees in my hotel, took another 45 minutes to 'fix' the HVAC which was never fixed. Upgraded to a ***** view which actually viewed construction. No menus available - even via TV. No mini bar menu available via website that was inclusive of the actual items available which is illegal. Light in toilet closet didn't work. Shower amenities not replaced on a daily basis. I could go on and on
