Holiday Inn Express 拉斯維加斯內利斯(Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas-Nellis)

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to its extremely poor service and remote location. My experience was so unpleasant and unsettling that I decided to switch to another hotel after just one day.

There was ZERO hot coffee available at 4:30 AM in the lobby. Thank God for the in-room coffee maker. The meh for clean is due to the floor having a huge strain on the carpet.

My stay started off bad as my bed sheets were dirty from the last guest. I asked to switch rooms and the front desk person was great and switched me rooms right away. The hotel is a little run down, as there were multiple maintenance issues, so I would suggest either hiring more maintenance or a new person who can keep up with the multiple issues at this place. Small things like peeling or stained wall paper, dirty carpets, dingy draps, etc go a long way.

Definitely enjoyed my stay, as retired USAF Member was hoping to take advantage of proximity to Nellis AFB which I know from a few TDY trips. The biggest bonus didn't expect was the bath tub. I was able to soak in it 2X before checking out the next day.

Check in Nov 4 2022. Water faucet leaking in the bath make big noise. Hot water was not available in two days stay, notify the front desk then I find out the hotel water boiler was Down! check out one days earlier to a different hotel because of the hot water. when I check out the staff promise will refund the difference, after a month finally got a chance to talk to the manager he saying because I order through third-party they cannot refund the money directly to me . Then I contacts Orbitz when Orbitz contacts the hotel manager he reply there is no record show I check out 1 day earlier. Orbitz cannot do anything about it.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is a little run down but well kept. I knocked the cleanliness down a little because there was some hair on the shower curtain. The floors and everything else was cleaned, it seemed like this was just a little oversight. The bed was comfortable and the pillows nice.

Staff gave us the wrong room, whereas the keys were made for someone that already were staying in the room. It was embarrassing because we thought they were in OUR room that we paid for, but it was a room misunderstanding. We got to our correct room and the room is hot. The AC not working and blowing out hot air. It’s stuffy in the room. We’re trying to sleep, but not sleeping comfortably. For paying $300 for a night for a stuffy room with no air flow is a rip off and could’ve gotten a better deal elsewhere.

The property need to be updated. Toilet and tub leaked all night, no hot water for a shower at 0830. Burnt-out lights in the room. Needs help. Not what we expected for what we paid. The staff was great!

First of all when we checked we went to our room , the room had hair on the bed looked like the maid only fixed up the room . Food was left in the fridge. That’s probably been there for days . At first they said the hotel was full and couldn’t move us . Then I spoke with a night lady ruthie and she changed our room . We were never told they wouldn’t give room service or change out towels . So for 2 days we used our same towels until our last night . It was so disappointing cause it always was my husbands birthday . And all the front desk said was my manager will call you .
