We enjoyed the friendly service at the Fairfield hotel. They served a good breakfast. They hotel is very nicely located near some good eating places. (sushi, steak Japanese,Marakesch, anything to suit your gastronomic tastes) The hotel itself is not your typical Marriott stay. It was a disappointment given the Marriott standard we have become used to.

Every morning for 3 days I have called the front desk on my cell phone because the phone in our room did not work. I called to report that the bottle in the shower for hair conditioner was empty and the phone did not work and that is why I was calling on my cell. I explained that I would be leaving my room for the day at 7:30 am and would be gone all day. Arriving back to room on day one, two and three there still was no conditioner nor was the phone working. When calling for the third time, I was told I had to be out of the room in order for them to fix the phone. I explained I had been out of the room for 3 straight days. Even though there is a sign in the elevator saying 100% satisfaction guaranteed, I was treated rudely by the front desk clerk when calling for the third time.

This hotel won the award for the single dirtiest Marriott property I have ever stayed at. If you are open to filth, then you are certainly going to love this place. I have take a few photos since it is incomprehensible to me that Marriott allows this level of neglect and management among the Fairfield flag which I frequently chose to stay with. The outdoor lighting was good, otherwise this hotel sucks.

The staff was nice, breakfast was decent. The rooms were dated, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and uneven with missing grout, and the bathroom just smelled. The one elevator was broken the entire time and the other elevator was not working for part of the time on one of the days. The ice machine was broken and had towels on the floor. It just didn’t feel like a well-kept Marriot. It was not worth over $200 a night!!

The Fairfield Inn was over booked the night we stayed there. So our reservation for two queen beds away from the elevator and ice machine turned into a one bed King right next to the elevator/ice machine. But we did get the top floor...so no dancing elephants above us...however the elephants were using the ice machine a lot that night. Not a very good sleeping experience that night. Staff in the morning were very apologetic and took off the $18 parking fee and gave us two cold bottles of water for the ride home.

Usually don’t write reviews but people need to know what you are getting into. Was this the worst hotel, no. But definitely not worth the money they were asking. The only reason I didn’t give it one star was there were not bugs. The good (or ok): Location isn’t bad but if you need to go north the traffic sucks. Beds were comfortable. The bad and ugly: 2 out of 6 mornings there was absolutely no hot water. The hotel has only one working elevator which sounds and feels like it’s also on its way out. It also doesn’t look like they are trying to fix the already broken one and it could take 5 min to wait for an elevator in a 4 floor hotel. The panel was even open on the working elevator showing it’s wires to anyone who wanted them. The food was….edible at best. The powdered cage free eggs were runny, the bread was frozen at times and took forever to heat up in the toaster, the hash brown triangles were hockey pucks (my plastic fork broke in one). The one time I had my room serviced, the sink was left dirtier then I left it. I wipe the sink out every time I shave, came back to dirt and hair that wasn’t mine in the sink. Additionally, the bathroom looks like it isn’t cleaned very well with dirt/stains all on and around the toilet. After my room was serviced, went to take a shower and my NEW towels were damp, dirty, tattered and smelled of bleach. The TV is Tiny and old compared to every other hotel I’ve stayed in the past few years. They let anyone walk around the hotel and shove advertisements under your door. My fridge froze everything with no way to change it. No electric charging….glad I didn’t get the electric car at the airport. Hope this helps or at least lowers expectations to reality. I was extremely disappointed….

It was an easy check in with Brandon was at the front desk. Very clean, easy access to the Las Vegas Blvd. The breakfast was just perfect for me. The hallways were quiet and lots of free parking. Several restaurants and a shopping mall within 1 mile.
