拉斯維加斯西南春泉智選假日套房酒店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Vegas SW – Spring Valley)

I arrived at BNA at 8:50 pm, due to a funeral looked up flight said delayed till 9:15. Get to checkout and flight was gone. So had to scramble to get another flight with my daughter in another airline spend more money only to find out that had layover in Denver, and connect to Las Vegas. So I got to Vegas and had to go to convention called to check on my reservations and was booked . Now I am stuck with no room for the night charged me one night and still no resolution. My 10 year old daughter and I never got a call and have been up since yesterday morning around 8. :00 and they couldn’t even accommodate.

The room was not refreshed (cleaned, fresh towels, made bed, coffee, breakfast was latter)for last day.

It waa clean and our room was as expected. I wish there had been more choices at breakfast, but otherwise, everything was great

the people who were in the next room were making a lot of noise, we couldn't sleep and the hotel employees did nothing

I was charged a fee for my service animal, even though I called before I arrived to measure it was ok, I was not approached about the animal during my stay, and I called again after I noticed an extra charge on my credit card. I was not notified or given a receipt for this by the hotel. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express, or any related properties, nor will I ever recommend one. The manager, Nate, was also very rude over he phone.

Internet does not work. You cannot get online. Area unsafe. Also, Service was miserable. The front desk person was angry and stressed out. She was arguing with someone on the phone when we arrived, hung up, and then refused to talk to us or listen to any requests. We wanted to be away from potential noise and wound up In the noisiest room, close to lobby and on first floor. The hotel was clearly still empty at that hour, but she wouldn’t even discuss another room option with us and threatened to cancel our reservation when we asked. Horrible person, horrible service.

Frank at the front desk is amazing. He is very great at his job and he was able to help make our stay comfortable and wonderful. The breakfast is filling and clean and delicious. The other front desk gentlemen were also very amazing and accommodating.

It was ok. The doors was not locked properly and also the key card was not working properly too. The breakfast was excellent.
