Great place to sleep but it’s not a hotel or resort, as they call themselves. Turns out it’s really a time share facility that they rent empty rooms from, but that’s deceptive. The room was great when we first walked in, even if there was a cookie sheet in a plastic bag outside our door. But there is no house keeping after that for the “hotel” guests. None. When I called to ask if they cleaned rooms and made beds like other hotels they dropped a plastic bag of sheets at our door with five little bottles of lotion (no shampoo/conditioner as also requested). When I called about more coffee (the common 1 regular/1 decaf was initially provided) I was told they cost $1 per packet. I walked to Starbucks, quality over convenience I guess. I wonder what the unused sheets and lotion cost.
We had to get our own luggage cart to check out in the main building. No question if we needed or wanted assistance.
If you’re driving into Vegas with a full supply of food (including coffee), intend to use the full kitchen and laundry/dish washers it’s great; but a hotel it is not.
House keeping finally showed up two hours before checkout to ask when we were leaving. 🙄
In the end, maybe I didn’t know what we were reserving but I’m not impressed by the “hotel.”
