拉斯維加斯南亨德森Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Las Vegas South/Henderson)

this is my favorite hotel in the area. i love that it had everything, actually even more, that i have at home in the kitchen. i don’t have to eat out every meal. it’s always clean. bug free, and the staff is helpful. plus it’s pet friendly. i didn’t bring my dog this past time, but i can when i need to and feel comfortable leaving her there.

The hotel was pretty disappointing. The lobby entrance smelled like sweat the entire night and next morning. One of the elevators was broken down and we waited forever to get our luggage up to the room. The internet didn't work, so we told the front desk as we were leaving for dinner, and she said they were going to have to reset it. It never worked during our stay. The room was not well insulated. Noise from the street and noise from people in the hall kept us awake. At one point the people in the room across from us brought take out to eat in their room and the rooms are so poorly insulated that our entire room smelled of their dinner as we were trying to fall asleep. We stayed here because we live an hour out of vegas and we had an early flight to catch so wanted to save us having to wake even earlier and drive from home. Definitely wont make that mistake again.

The property, amenities, staff and room were very nice, clean and modern. With free buffet breakfast and it has its own kitchenette is a plus. The downside of our stay was that our room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. We told the staff as soon as we entered the room and they were kind enough to offer it to be sprayed or something, but we said its fine not to since we will be out and just be sleeping overnight. But during the night, me and my husband had the same description of suffocating smell of cigarette smoke in the middle of the night. I would probably come back and stay in this property again in the future, but will ask for a room change if this situation happens again.

Very nice, clean and friendly. We always get a suite so that we can have our privacy away from our daughter, but still be near her. Although we ordered through *******, we were able to call the hotel and secure a Handicap bathroom with a bathtub for our daughter. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with some different varieties each day. We will most likely stay here again!

This is very good hotel with good location our room was clean except beds were smaller I wish if they had king size beds for my family good breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. If I’m being picky potatoes or hash browns during breakfast would have been good addition but everything else was great!

Great stay. Breakfast very good. Room clean. Shower Great. Had our cat with us, good place for a pet.

Room and bed were comfortable and setup with living area was nice. Small but convenient kitchen laid out well. Wide variety of breakfast choices, although some were not the best. Large seating area for breakfast. Convenient to all kinds of shopping.
