棕櫚廣場酒店(Palms Place Hotel and Spa)

Always has been a great hotel just off the ***** and seems to have improved since pre-Covid.

The television is too old model. It can’t connect to YouTube .

My birthday trip to Palms Place in Las Vegas was far from what we hoped for. We were hit with unexpected fees, including a baffling $5 charge for food delivery to our room, due to a policy preventing delivery personnel from entering. Disappointingly, our room’s water turned brown on our last day, and the furniture, especially the sofa, was in terrible condition. Additionally, a security guard’s rudeness made our interactions unpleasant. On a positive note, the valet staff shone with exceptional service, offering a glimmer of the hospitality we anticipated. Despite this, the rooms felt outdated, and under equipped contributing to our overall dissatisfaction. This experience has highlighted the importance of reading reviews thoroughly before booking. The mix of hidden fees, subpar room conditions, and certain unwelcoming staff interactions overshadowed the positives, making it difficult to recommend Palms Place for a special occasion like a birthday trip. Potential guests should tread carefully and consider other options for a truly enjoyable Las Vegas stay.

This hotel is dying. I will not be staying here again unless its in a large penthouse. The lobby and hallway connecting to the Palms ****** gets sprayed with this AWFUL and strong cologne... they spray it in the elevators too, it's like assult in my nostrils. The basic hotel rooms are old; light switches in odd places, slow flushing toilet, super old and slow tvs. The bed was very sinky and probably old

We wanted to give the Palms a chance but found that it was mediocre at best. Room was so dark, it was frustrating. The lighting that did exist was horrible and many bulbs out. The faucet control on my sink kept falling off. The check in took 30 mins. After a long flight it was way too long to have to stand there and then be told we had to walk a 1/4 mile to our actual room. ZERO guidance before we arrived. We were so far away from anything in our section that we used nothing in the hotel outside of the room. When I asked for a late check out - they wanted to charge me an additional fee. Not a good experience.

Room not cleaned even with Please Service Room button lit up before noon; tub stopper didn’t work; tub jets didn’t work; no bottled water; unfriendly staff; ZERO amenities but a huge “Resort Fee” - pool, spa etc. are blocks away at their other property.
