我們已經第二次入住這個酒店了，第一次是直接酒店訂的，很貴，還是攜程更划算便宜好幾百，酒店裡面有**，我們帶着孩子所以沒有去體驗，衞生和環境都特別好，也特別安全，進電梯口專門有保安看房卡才能進入

我在阿利特飯店入住一晚兩間房，在當地時間凌晨2-3點，隔壁房間的電視聲音以及音樂非常大聲，且一直有煙味以及**味飄進我們房間，害我們整晚無法入眠，告知櫃檯後無法處理叫警察來協助，但因為門口聲音太小無法勸導，進到房間後聲音依然很大，因為電視跟床頭就在旁邊，真的很不好的入住體驗

一切都很好，只是泳池怎麼只能開放到晚上 7 點？現在是夏天，外面溫度高達 107 度？太陽直到晚上八點後才落山。 ☹️看到的時候非常失望。沒有其他飯店會在晚上 10 點前關閉泳池，尤其是在夏季，太瘋狂了！員工給我藉口說燈光不夠？真的嗎？來吧，這太荒謬了！ 除此之外，這真是太棒了。

真的很糟糕，給了我們一條髒毯子。

網站上標示價格含飯店費。我在 trip.com 上支付了 61.00 美元，卻被告知在抵達時向酒店支付 30.00 美元…這是錯誤的，因為我一到酒店就向我要額外的 100 美元。由於這個虛假廣告，我沒有在那家酒店住一晚！我與 Chime 和 Trip.com 客戶服務部進行了交談。現在，如果有人告訴我，我將被收取額外 100 美元的費用。我絕對不會嘗試預訂住宿。我並不是想從 Aliante *****、Chime 或 Trip.com 那裡騙錢。我只想從 trip.com 退還我自己的錢，但我被拒絕了。沒有人知道我的財務狀況，但 61.00 美元對我來說意義重大。現在我支付了部分住宿費用，但我從來沒有睡過覺……所以如果我的 61.00 美元對這家 TRIP.com 公司來說意義重大的話。這是牛市，因為我很確定該公司正在賺取數十億美元。小心你在這家公司購買的東西，因為它不是它所設計的……我永遠不會與這家公司打交道，因為客戶服務不是他們的專長🤬🤬🤬

服務很好，我們打電話給酒店，因為我們堵車而且我們遲到了。在預訂時，我要求乾淨的床單，因為我們上次住在那裡，床單聞起來很髒，但我們的要求沒有得到滿足。床單甚至還化妝了，我們沒有打電話，因為已經很晚了，我們也累了。隔天早上 9 點，清潔女工敲我們的門，問我們是否需要什麼，我們說不需要，我們只是想休息一下，七個小時的車程後我們很累了。我們離開的那天，同樣的事情發生了，清潔女工來敲門，問我們什麼時候離開。幸運的是，我們已經準備好了，開始把行李搬到車上，我們第一次上車，當我們回到房間取回最後的東西時，她已經在房間裡了，甚至離開了一張紙條寫著誰打掃了房間。我們感覺很匆忙地走出房間，直到上午 11 點才退房。入住非常不舒服

因為很難找到一個可以稱之為家的地方。你在這裡住了很長一段時間了，我兒子喜歡這個地方，他喜歡這裡的食物和工作人員

Excellent service excellent staff members were willing in very friendly and very helpful free ballet free parking free Bell service restaurants nearby within walking distance in the ****** movie theater and Starbucks inside the ****** One restaurant/ bar is open till 7:00 a.m. which was very convenient you have this late night cravings they have in room service and false service Lobby is beautiful and clean their rooms were very clean and at one point my sink was plugged and I requested that to be checked out and fixed and they immediately came up and fixed it I was over all very happy with the hotel services and staff

We had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and I’m not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didn’t work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, it’s probably because I’m used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesn’t make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no there’s the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.  then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasn’t heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And it’s funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the pool—I’m sure it ruined a lot of peoples day. Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies ❤️

I never actually completed this stay here during this time I asked for a hotel agent to help me with rebooking and rescheduling and I thought it was completed but it never was and nothing was recorded So I had a difficult time with this reservation and no one at the hotel was able to help and no one from trip.com was able to help me either

My first evening, I stayed stayed downtown in a popular hotel. I hated it! It felt old and unclean. My daughter lives in North Las Vegas, so I booked my next night at the Aliante. It was 100% better! My one night turned into 5 more nights! I was beyond pleased. I loved the fact that security was right outside the elevators. It helped me to feel safe knowing that everyone needed to show their key card before entering. Staff was very sweet. The hotel included a fine dining experience, as well as TGI Fridays, Rubios, Starbucks and more. There is a spa, movie theater, and beautiful pool. Greatest perk for me was that it was 2 miles from my daughter!

Room smelled of smoke eventhough it was non smoking, no coffee amenities in room due to being a standard room

We loved the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. My husband lost his wallet and the staff was beyond concerned and helpful is assisting us. By some miracle it was turned in and nothing missing. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved it… Wish room had cups kerig no coffee maker….
