The service was good, the heater in the room was vibrating really bad and kept us up until 3:30 in the morning when I figured out what was making the noise and I shut the heater off.

Stayed here many times in the past because it used to be one of the nicer hotels. Like everything else in Laughlin, it has gone downhill. I'm sure since the PLANdemic, it's difficult to get and keep employees. But I noticed that the bedside lamps had dust on them and we found a bungee cord tucked in the chair. In the bathroom, my gf found long black hairs in the tub/shower and the following morning during showers, the inside part of the shower curtain has mold on it. Bed was just ok, tv remote partially worked, unable to get to the menu. You'd think with the technology available today that the tv's would be a nice clear picture. I've always had pretty good luck in the ****** here, but nothing paid off. Maybe it's time to cross Laughlin off my list.

Beds were like concrete slabs. Heater didn’t work. Thermostat looked ancient and didn’t work. We froze. WiFi didn’t work. Room not very clean and giant hair on bath mat when we went to unroll it to place in tub. Parking garage and property in general were old and really needs a major upgrade. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but checked out after first night. Also at check in the girl tried to charge me again for the room for amount I had already pre paid plus 200 hold. Showed my receipts and took a bit but she finally lowered it. Had to fix again at check out. Will never book there again.
