高地酒店(Hotel Oberland)

These people kept all of our booking money even though we cancelled 3 months before our scheduled stay. We were supposed to get 70% back but they’ve refunded nothing. They don’t answer any emails and they only answered the phone once. At that time they said it would be refunded the following week. That was three weeks ago. Since then they have not answered the phone. No communication. Nothing. Just took the money and kept it.

Lovely hotel with such a nice atmosphere. All the staffs are super kind and service oriented, specially Steve and Rubia. I have been few times in Lauterbrunnen in some other hotels but hotel Oberland gave me by far the best atmosphere ever. When in Lauterbrunnen again, this is definitely my place!

Estive com toda a familia hospedado no Hotel Oberland, onde passamos momentos fantásticos, o hotel é muito caracteristico da região, muito limpo e acolhedor, a vista é realmente indescritivel te proporcionando o melhor da vila de Lauterbrunnen, os funcionarios realmente amaveis ajudaram em todo o necessário inclusive com dicas incriveis dos sitios a conhecer, eventos e transportes, sem falar nos proprietários, sempre presentes, que fazem do Hotel um ambiente realmente familiar. Foram 5 dias incriveis que pretendemos repetir!

I stayed in Hotel Oberland with some friends recently. We had a fantastic stay... the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were fantastic the views were awesome, the food was fantastic, the hotel is very easy to get to using both public and private transport. The only down side was that I couldn't stay longer.

Hotel e funcionarios excelentes! Estou cada vez mais adepta a escolher hoteis que são de familia (não são hoteis de rede), pois somos tratados como familia, temos dicas valiosas sobre passeios que acaba por nos fazer economizar. Hotel lindo, limpo e super bem localizado, cafe da manhã delicioso.

Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful rooms and super helpful staff. Restaurant was great and really enjoyed our dinner each night. Great location close to the train station. Can’t wait to back but this time for a longer stay.

I booked a single room and it was the size of a shoebox on the fourth floor without elevators. Luckily I came by rental car, so I just left my suitcase in the car and carried up only items I really needed overnight. There is no way I could have gotten my suitcase up all these flights of stairs. The room was tiny and very outdated, with not much room to put anything. I was glad I only had one night. It was terribly expensive for what it was.
