熔巖温泉村家庭酒店(Home Hotel Lava Hot Springs)

We enjoyed our two night stay here. The location is the biggest perk! Only a one minute walk next door to the hot pools and is right on Main Street with easy access to shops and restaurants and walking trails. Our economy room was basic but perfect for our needs, the large spa tubs in the room was an amazing feature. The hotel has a hot tub and two patio areas to enjoy. Plenty of parking close by and the hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful when we arrived for our late night check in. Our only suggestion for improvement would be that the mattress was not comfortable and could do with an upgrade. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very cool, old hotel. Basic accommodations, however, your own mineral spring bathtub for two in the room. Friendly staff. Just a few feet from town baths. Nice walking path along river behind the hotel.

Quaint clean older property! We chose the king suite with huge soaking tub. Which was amazing after a long day of driving. Quality food and drinks within walking distances.

Very nice place. Locked my key in room second night. Slept in lobby for the night. When checking out they gave me a gift certificate for another two night stay😃very nice of them.

This is a great place to stay as far as proximity to the hot springs. The hotel is in walking distance to the springs. The beds were big and the tub was very spacious but it’s a tight fit for 4 adults in one room. There’s no bathroom counter or space to put your toiletries and the mirror is very small but otherwise a great place to stay.

Staff was verify defensive that began at checkin. They were complaining about damages created by guests. I expressed that was terrible and could not believe people would act that way and be destructive. Within the first hour we had questions and requested a few things for more comfort that was denied. We were fine with that. We were nice about everything. Next thing we knew maintenance showed up at the hot tub explaining a few things were for safety and again told us not to touch or mess with anything. Then looking around at the signs posted. They also stated not to touch or mess with settings. We made no threats or had any intention to. Maintenance showed up and was quite rude. As he walked away saying to quit harassing the front desk. We called once and was nice. The first hour of our stay we felt very un-welcomed. I have stayed at 5 other places at Lava Hot Springs. I would suggest another place.

Incredibly nice place. Cozy room with massive soaker tub. Did bot getvto try that myself but will be back. Close to Hot Springs,food and Lobby. Lady at the front who checked us in was Amazing!!!! Dont pass on this place, give it a shot and see how nice your stay will be.

The access was great for what we were doing. Nice room. The only thing I didn’t like is it was raining and the water dripping on the ac outside was very noisy and kept us awake.
