The room features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance and is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton branded 4-star hotel. However, I would like to highlight the absence of a proper kettle for Tea Drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma, which affects the flavour of the tea. Additionally, there was no hot water dispenser available in the common areas on each floor.
Providing a small electric kettle in each room would be a simple yet meaningful addition to accommodate all beverage preferences. Otherwise, it may not be appropriate to provide tea bags in the room minibar. I hope this feedback is helpful in your ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience.
