Quiet, inexpensive, and right in the middle of town, almost!!!!!

We booked this hotel on a cross country move. As we were almost there we called to ask about check in and we're told they had no booking information for us. The front desk representative told us to contact the third party we booked through. When we did that representative informed us they spoke to the same front desk and we're told they would not be refunding us. The hotel ended up refusing us saying they didn't have a booking but still charging us for our stay. We attempted to speak to the front desk representative again who told us multiple times they did not have a booking for us and to call the third party. As we explained we did that the front desk representative began to get apprehensive and yell at us.

The lady at the front desk was excellent. Super friendly and very helpful. The room seemed cleaned but, when I got there, I did lay down on the bed for half and hour and got a rash on my face and the areas of my skin that were in contact with the bed. Had to get some linens to be able to sleep

The room was clean but had a musty mildew smell in the room. Overall I felt like I got what I paid for.

Reasonable price, convenient to I 70. Clean, not fancy. My second stay, last year and this one.

Check in was fast. Our room was on the first floor which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Mattress was flipped upside down for some odd reason, no lighting over the bathroom sink

Linens had stains. Towels had stains. Hair from previous occupant or staff on linens, towels, shower walls, and bathroom floor. I saw people cleaning rooms. I'm not sure how much cleaning they actually do.
