The hotel it’s self is fine and value for the money the location and staff are excellent What let’s this done is the evening food. From appearances it looks great. However the actual taste flavour are all the same and to be frank it worse than a school dinner. It’s done for a budget and it’s under budget Tui and anyone else in travel make a surprise visit and taste for yourself

...davvero un ottimo soggiorno: hotel comodissimo ubicato a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungolago del Garda; camera al 4° piano con vista bellissima della grande piscina con ombrelloni e del prato dove ci sono i lettini per il sole ma dove si può stare anche all'ombra degli ulivi. Camera non di grosse dimensioni ma sufficienti ed attrezzata di tutto, mini frigo e clima, bagno piccolo con doccia ma presente il bidet e set di cortesia. Colazione super abbondante dolce + salato; cena abbondante con buffet, vini proposti di qualità. Lo staff tutto cordiale e gentile, un elogio particolare alla direzione e staff di sala per aver gestito egregiamente la preparazione ed il servizio delle cene agli oltre 200 commensali ospitati. Consiglio questa struttura.

struttura ottima, piscina bellissima, posizione perfetta a poca distanza dal lago. Cucina ottima! Personale gentilissimo, professionale e molto accogliente! ottimi anche servizio noleggio biciclette e parcheggio. Tornerò sicuramente, spero presto.

Elisa, Morgana e Mauro fantastici ma anche il suo staff non è da meno. Consigliata la mezza pensione perché si mangia molto bene. Zona piscina molto tranquilla. Consigliato anche per bambini viste le due piscine piccole.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Facilità di prenotazione. Consiglio camere vista mare perché la mia camera non aveva una vista bellissima. Ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare i paesi vicino a Garda vicino Garda. Consiglio la visita Bardolino raggiungibile a piedi sul lungolago.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location for visiting the entire lake by bus or boat. Bus station 5 mins away, boat 15 mins . Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. Communal areas clean bright fresh. Staff helpful, friendly, pleasant. Food, varied choice, vegetarian options, food very tasty. Coffee at breakfast served at the table (no wait for coffee machine as mentioned in previous reviews). Would recommend this hotel and would stop again here.

The hotel is centrally situated in Garda. We made the mistake of choosing half board and although the food is OK and plentiful there are so many places to eat in the town that I think bed and breakfast would be much better. Breakfast is OK but the coffee machine must be the slowest ever and there is often a queue. You choose your evening meal at breakfast. There is a salad buffet to start, first course is a choice of different pasta or soup, main course a choice of one meat dish, one fish or one veggie. Pudding is usually panacotta, fresh fruit salad, cheesecake, etc. Service is good and Karl is a star. Wednesday is a Grand Buffet though the choice wasn’t good. I had a paella which was cold, tough rice with a couple of tiny prawns and no flavour. Spaghetti had no sauce. Very disappointing. The rooms are very small but kept clean. The balcony is therefore small and we had chainsmokers next door which made it very uncomfortable for sitting outside. We were often forced inside because of the smoke. I would recommend bringing your own hairdryer. At the highest setting it cuts out after a couple of minutes and takes five minutes to come back on. The coolest setting is very slow. The pool area is lovely. There are always plenty of beds and pool is refreshing and not too cold. Bar prices are about the same as anywhere, ie €6 for an Aperol spritz, Limoncello spritz, beer, etc. Water can be purchased at a supermarket opposite the bus station for 80c. In town you can walk to Bardalino quite easily, ferries go to Sermione though I would recommend getting the first ferry at 9 am as it gets packed with tourists. For the northern resorts, eg Limone, it’s easier to get a bus to Malcesine which takes 40 minutes. We went on a Tui trip to Venice. It was a long, hot, tiring day but worth it. Just back in time for dinner. We only stayed a week and could have done with longer so it’s an excuse to revisit, maybe to one of the northern resorts, eg Riva, to see the places we didn’t have time for.

Stayed for a week at the end of week. Weather was mainly very good but did have rain/thunder in a couple of evenings (to be expected at this time of year!). The hotel has recently been renovated. Rooms are relatively small but who needs a big room it's not what you go on holiday to do is it - sit in your room! Service at the pool bar was very slow; I cancelled by salad after a 60 minute wait. Never a sunbed issue around the pool but there are additional in the garden. Bit off having to walk through the underpass and up the stairs (or lift) to get to the pool and can see this Amy be an issue for those who have issues walking. I loved the food - breakfast had a decent range and the choices for evening meal where limited but I love fish so was easy pleased every night! Better than chips and pizza every night. Two buffets in the week and two evenings with live entertainment. All in all I think this is a great hotel, in an excellent location.

Great base for a holiday on Lake Garda. Close to the lake, close to the town. Amazing pool area and despite how busy it was the pool was never crowded. Breakfast was great, so much choice. The ‘coffee machine queue’ is definitely a reality but I stuck with juice so it never really bothered me but my husband did and a third even fourth machine could be helpful. We were half board and the evening meal was sometimes not to our taste (we didn’t always like the meat course). Overall it was good. The hotel and facilities were very clean: the room was lovely, we opted for a room overlooking the pool on the fourth floor. Couldn’t fault it, it had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. What makes this hotel a ‘5’ is the staff. The staff were lovely, they worked so hard and couldn’t do enough for us. It was the national Ferragosto holiday during our stay and they involved everyone with complimentary drinks, fruit and all day celebrations around to pool. All the staff were included despite them working on such a special day. All round great place to relax and unwind. Would definitely return and definitely recommend. We went as a couple but it’s an ideal place for families.
