哈爾那卡複合式酒店(Harsnaqar Hotel Complex)

Приехал из Еревана, т.к. сказали это лучшее место для детей в плане аквапарка. Заселились 21.07.23г. Приехали в отель, гробовая тишина.. как-будто приехали на панихиду, оплатили 55000 драм на 4х двое взрослых и два ребёнка. Ничего, никто и никак не объяснили как и куда пройти.. клещами вытягивали с улыбкой каждое слово у сотрудников за стойкой. После заселения, сходили в долгожданный аквапарк, где просто ледяная вода.. на вопрос, что он должен быть нагретым бассейн, нам сказали, что это раньше было так, сейчас не нагревается. Мы так и не искупались, хотя были дети которые купались дрожа. Ради ребёнка скатился с ним в аквапарке через синюю горку, где пришлось руками отталкиваться с середины, чтобы дойти до конца.. т.к пластик этот уже матовый.. он стерся) в конце когда догрёб, плюхнулись в ледяную воду. Хотели заказать пиццу и фри на территории бассейна, но когда увидели как она выглядет, решили не есть. После аквапарка поехали на такси поели в заведении «У Артака» 3км от Арснакака, где поднялось настроение от прекрасной еды. Позже приехали в номер, где нам забыли принести детскую кроватку и постелить на диване старшему. Но сотрудник молодой человек, сам все принёс и помог нам решить вопрос.. отдельное спасибо ему. Телевизор не работал в номере, не смогли настроить. Утром хотели помыться, но из-за грибка в ванной комнате, так и не захотели. А завтрак был хуже, чем в больнице когда-то. Когда перед выездом позвал главного менеджера, как помню ее звали Алюсик, она все выслушала и извинилась за испорченный отдых. За компенсацию или моральный ущерб мы так и не дождались как и тёплого молока для хлопьев для детей.

My wife booked hotel room from 18-20 Family Room. When she asked about price she was told it would be 120k Dram. When we arrived to hotel on 18th we were shown a lux Room instead telling us that Family Room was not available. If we made a reservation ahead of time how can this be unavailable? So we went inside the Lux Room and immedetiate we noticed that coffee maker or tea was missing. Any room in anywhere else has this basic items but here you have to pay. Instead of accommodating USA customers with similar price we had to pay 40k more in price. Then I went to the bar and asked to get a tea. The bar man told me nothing about price until I return to bar to get juices and then he wanted to charge me for everything. Then I found a menu inside the room and showed to my wife. She read menu since it was in Armenian which I don't speak and prices were different. She grabbed menu and check and went to bar. The guy was shocked that she had this menu in the room. He was like it's not my fault. He refund what we paid and took items back. Soda 600 drams and juice 1200 drams. Tea was 300 each which he didn't refund. We went to hotel stuff and asked for water park tickets which they were suppose to give us every morning. They were like come in the morning. We come in the morning and told stuff about all issues , heater not working , no water park tickets. Stuff doesn't have basic ethic about what customer experience should be. I am very disappointed that this place only care about money and not clients since clients what bring you business. I would avoid this place for lack of care of their clients. If you know someone reserve a room they should get it for price advertise.Do not come here and waste your money , this place will not care who you are. Save frustration. I want a refund 40,000 drams

This is the most beautiful restaurant on Lake Sevan. The food is outstanding, as is the service, but even better is the beautiful outdoor seating and view. Grassy lawn with gorgeous views. Recommend the fish, of course, and the crayfish. Wow!

Absolute mismatch between price and quality. The worst service ever. At 10:30 we went for breakfast, all the bowls were empty, there was nothing left to eat and drink, there were not even clean dishes, and there was no one from the service staff, even though according to the conditions of the hotel, breakfast was until 11 o'clock. The rooms also were very poor for such a price, besides, the towels in the rooms were already worn out and less than the number of people staying in the room․ Տhe service in the restaurant near the pool was also terrible, they didn't even want to give you a glass. So I advise you get rid of this place.

This is the worst hotel you may find in the entire world. Useless stuff, unhelpful reception, poor rooms, dirty shower, door handles are broken. The most important, at the middle of the night, there were a generator working under our room and we couldn’t sleep all night long, at least kids were tired and they slept ok, i called the receptionist for turning it off, and he said we don’t have employees to fix it. Breakfast was so poor, i drove away with early checkout and took foos somewhere else. Considering a family room with 180$ per night, this hotel is a joke! I would never comeback here again! It was a mistake!

Заехали поплавать в Севане, но увидев качество пляжа решили, что перекусим и поедем дальше. Салат греческий порубили как свиньям, никаких специй и близко нет, сыра 3 маленьких кусочка 😕 все остальное просто невкусное , кухня прям 🤮 совершенно невнятное место
