My Impressions: Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Le Cannet I recently looked into staying at Zenitude Le Cannet, and here are the things that stood out to me — the good, the meh, and what to expect. ⸻ 👍 What I Liked 1. Spacious, Apartment-Style Rooms with Kitchenettes This is one of the hotel’s strongest points. The rooms aren’t tiny hotel rooms but more like serviced apartments: air-conditioned, equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, stove/hob, microwave, kettle, cutlery). It really gives a “home away from home” feel.  2. Convenient Location It’s about 3–4 km from Cannes and La Croisette, which is close enough to access beaches, festivals, shopping, etc., without staying in the more expensive, crowded center. Also, there are bus stops nearby, so you can reach attractions without a car.  3. Good Amenities for Relaxation The outdoor swimming pool (open roughly May-October), the balcony or terrace in many units, free WiFi, parking options—all helpful, especially when traveling with more than just hand luggage or when you want downtime.  4. Eco-Friendly & Sustainable Practices The residence has the Green Key label, which means they make an effort on environmental policies, waste management, local procurement, etc. For people who care about this, that adds extra value.  5. Friendly Staff & Decent Value Many reviewers praise the service and the friendliness of staff. For what you pay, you get good value, especially if you don’t need luxury, but want something clean, functional, comfortable. 

我對在這家公寓的住宿體驗非常失望。工作人員非常冷漠，尤其是前台接待員，態度冷淡，令人不快。房間本來應該有一張雙人床，但我們得到的是兩張單人床拼在一起的，中間留了個不舒服的空隙。 浴室和陽台的狀況令人失望：到處都是黴菌。我們住的兩個晚上都沒有打掃，毛巾也沒有換。 我們曾要求換到另一間可以看到泳池的單人公寓（儘管那裡還有空房），但被斷然拒絕，理由是我們已經入住了。公寓位置確實很安靜，但離市中心太遠了。此外，隔音效果極差：隔壁房間的動靜都能聽到，嚴重影響了隱私。 唯一的優點就是泳池，乾淨整潔，視野開闊。 很遺憾，我不會再住這間公寓了。

Location is a bit far away station but environment is good and transport is ok , room are clean with good facility
